Microsoft Announce A Limited Edition Gears Of War 3 Console Is Coming 20th September For $399

Microsoft have announced a new Gears Of War 3 Limited Edition Console is coming out 20th September for $399. the console will come with a 320GB HDD and 2 Gears Of War 3 themed controllers, Built in Wi-Fi, A Wired Headset, and a copy of the Standard Edition Gears Of War 3. There will also be a download token for bonus DLC content including Infected Omen Weapon Pack and the Adam Fenix character for use in multiplayer. The Wireless controllers can be bought separately for $59.99 each.

Microsoft have detailed the UK Gears Of War 3 Beta. The Beta Dates Are:

·Bulletstorm Preview, 18 – 24 April
Owners of “Bulletstorm: Epic Edition” are eligible for a one-week beta preview period featuring the new Team Deathmatch mode on four new maps (Thrashball, Checkout, Trenches and Old Town).

·Gears of War 3 Beta, 25 April – 15 May
The full public beta period begins 25 April. Players can look forward to special events and playlists throughout the beta period. Two additional competitive game modes, Capture the Leader and King of the Hill, will be added during the final week of the beta.

Microsoft and Epic have announced that they are letting Gears of War fans decide the fate of Carmine in the game. All fans have to do is buy a Avatar gear that says you want Carmine to survive or buy the other that says you want him to die. All proceeds from this will go to the Child Play Charity.
