Nintendo have announced the EU release date for the 3DS game Luigi’s Mansion 2 is 28th March, with some select countries getting the game on 27th March. Nintendo have also released new screenshots for the game, these showing a mix of in-game action from the single player and multiplayer.

Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon comes with 3 game modes and the 4th lets you play those three randomly. the idea is to work your way up the ScareScraper and this video shows them playing each of the 3 game modes before heading to the top to defeat the ScareScraper boss.
