Feral Interactive Announce They Are Bringing Napoleon: Total War - Gold Edition To Macs On 3rd July
Feral Interactive have announced they are bringing Napoleon: Total War - Gold Edition, a game by Creative Assembly and Sega, to Macs on 3rd July. This Gold edition includes the main game, patches/improvements and DLC including The Peninsula Campaign and 3 Unit Packs. Also added is support for LAN and Game Center (when purchased from the Mac App Store). the game will hit both retail and digital and cost around $29.99/ £19.99 (inc. VAT)/ €24.99.
Minimum system requirements:
2.0GHz Intel Mac,
4.0GB RAM,
256MB or better graphics
card,
Mac OS X 10.7.5 or later. Mac OS X 10.8.3 is required for
Game Center support (available to Mac App Store customers only).
The
game does not support the following graphics cards:
ATI X1xxx series,
ATI HD2xxx series, Intel GMA series, NVIDIA 7xxx series and NVIDIA
8xxx series.
The following graphics cards require 8GB of system RAM:
Intel HD3000, NVIDIA 9400, Intel HD4000 and NVIDIA 320M.

Sega And Creative Assembly Announce Total War Inspired Novels, First Is Total War: ROME - Destroy Carthage
SEGA And Creative Assembly have revealed a series of novels inspired by Total War. the first of these novels is Total War: ROME - Destroy Carthage and it will come out September 2013 alongside Total War: Rome 2. David Gibbins has worked alongside Creative Assembly to create this piece of work that follows Fabius Petronius Secundus. a Roman Legionary and Centurion, you read about his rise to power to the Siege of Carthage.

Sega Announce Total War: Rome II Comes Out On 3rd September, Detail Collectors Edition And Pre-Order Bonus
Sega and Creative Assembly have announced the worldwide release date for Total War: ROME II, it's set to come out on 3rd September. there is a pre-order bonus which is the Greek States Culture Pack. Sega have also detailed the limited Collectors Edition.

Sega And Creative Assembly Have Released A 10 Minute Video Walkthrough For Total War: Rome II
Sega and Creative Assembly have released a 10 minute video walkthrough for Total War: Rome II. this video shows the historic battle, the Battle Of Teutoburg Forest being played with a member of the dev team providing commentary about the action on screen, some of the tech like animations and some general hints and tips.

Creative Assembly And Sega Reveal Total War: Arena, A Free To Play Online Game
Sega and Creative Assembly have revealed Total War: Arena. no platform was announced, but i assume it will be coming to PC. the game is Free To Play and is a MOBA game (a Massively Online Battle Arena Game). further information was not provided, but Creative Assembly are looking for beta testers.

Sega Have Released A Launch Trailer For Total War Shogun 2: Gold Edition
Sega have released a launch trailer for Total War Shogun 2: Gold Edition. coming out at retail from today, Total War Shogun 2: Gold Edition features the game and all it's DLC and updates. for a very limited time, the boxed retail version will have Wajima-Nuri inspired packaging.

Sega And Creative Assembly Have Released The First Dev Dairy For Total War: Rome II
Sega and Creative Assembly have released the first dev dairy for Total War: Rome II. this video has the team focusing on Carthage and shows in-game action from the city. they talk about the history of the city and talk about the siege of Carthage, which takes place in the game. the video introduces a new tactical map and talks about the trade-off of creating a lifelike city that is also fun to play in.

Creative Assembly And Sega Announce Multi-Title Deal With Games Workshop For Warhammer Universe Games
Sega and Creative Assembly have announced they have entered into a multi title deal with games Workshop. this means that they can create more than 1 videogame based in the Warhammer Universe. Creative Assembly tease they will be doing something different, something not attempted before. Creative Assembly now have 5 games in development, including this Warhammer game, Total War: Rome II and an untitled Alien game.
