Press Release
El Segundo, Calif. -Oct. 2 7, 2010 - KONAMI today announced that 3D Ultra MiniGolf Adventures 2 is available for download on Xbox LIVE® Arcade for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft. This open world golf game brings bright and fun graphics and gameplay to the structure and linear nature of the golf world.
Over 50 new courses await players with challenging obstacles such as sand traps, bunkers and blind spots. But these courses aren't just your traditional 18-hole courses, these courses are designed from a wide variety of source material, including courses like the Manic Museum, Winter Wonderland and the Haunted Manor. But peril isn't the only thing that players look towards, for each course is unique and contains secret shortcuts, power-ups and elements that help each player sabotage one another and interfere with the competitor's progress.
In 3D Ultra MiniGolf Adventures 2, players choose one of four customizable avatars or import their own XBOX 360 Live Avatar into the game. But customization doesn't end with the avatars. Players can take creativity and customization to new levels with the all new Map Editor tool. This tool gives players ultimate control of strategic placement of power-ups, traps and every element of the virtual course - setting up the ultimate challenge between players. Gamers can play against up to four players locally or online as well. Fun will continue to be par for the course as additional content will be available via downloadable content.
Developed by Wanako, a studio of Artificial Mind and Movement Inc., 3D Ultra MiniGolf Adventures 2 is now available for download on Xbox LIVE Arcade. 3D Ultra MiniGolf Adventures 2 for PlayStation®Network will be available for download on November 16.
