Aksys Games have announced they are bringing Hakuoki: Stories of the Shinsengumi to the West. this visual novel game by Idea Factory tells the story of Chizuru, a young women fighting alongside the Shinsengumi, as factions wage war for control of Japan. the story revolves around this fight and her quest for love. there are 6 possible outcomes and to play through them all could take 20 hours. no release date was announced.

February 2012, Hakuoki: Demon of the Fleeting Blossom drew
praise from critics and fans alike as an original and
