As Christmas approaches Nintendo is adding an array of popular Wii titles on 18th October 2013 to its existing range of Nintendo Selects games. Joining the range will be Mario Kart Wii, Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Donkey Kong Country Returns and PokéPark Wii: Pikachu’s Adventure, a line-up representing a choice of fun gameplay experiences and added extra value for fans on either their Wii or Wii U console in the run up to Christmas this year.
Mario Kart Wii allows you to enjoy the blood-pumping kart-racing game that is loved by Nintendo fans worldwide. Use a variety of fun items that can turn the tide of your race; from the Green Shell to the Mega Mushroom! You can use the Wii Wheel with Wii Remote to race on 32 new for Wii or classic action-packed courses, the Wii Wheel can also be bought separately. Race or enjoy the Battle Mode in single or multiplayer and play with up to 4 players in split-screen.
Super Smash Bros. Brawl is the ultimate fighting game that pits a roster of Nintendo characters against each other in wild, item-filled battles on Nintendo-themed stages. Choose between the popular characters from famous franchises such Mario, Link and Kirby and duke it out in single player, or with up to 4 friends in multiplayer. With the tons of content such as Adventure Mode The Subspace Emissary to enjoy and a huge collection of trophies and stickers to complete, there is never a dull moment in Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
Donkey Kong Country Returns sees our ape hero attempt to recover his stolen banana stash from the Tiki Tak Tribe in this exciting side-scrolling platform adventure. Swing on vines, ride minecarts and use exploding barrels to pass obstacles in an array of beautiful environments. Enjoy the classic platform gameplay, bright colours and catchy music, and you can bring a friend along for the ride as Diddy Kong, with the co-operative multiplayer feature. Time to go bananas!
PokéPark Wii: Pikachu’s Adventure lets you take on the starring role of Pikachu in its very own adventure game to find the missing Sky Prism Pieces and save PokéPark. Meet a variety of Pokémon, such as Piplup and Chatot, and befriend them as you explore PokéPark, competing in exciting Attractions, which make use of the Wii Remote in different fun ways. Win Attraction challenges to unlock bonuses and locate the Sky Prisms pieces to restore PokéPark!
