Namco Bandai Reveal Ace Combat Infinity Is A Free To Play PS3 Game Coming Out Later In 2013

Namco Bandai have revealed that Ace Combat Infinity is a free to play PS3 game. coming out later this year, Ace Combat Infinity is set in the near future that will feature a single player story mode and a co-op multiplayer mode.

CERGY-PONTOISE, FRANCE – 2 August 2013 – NAMCO BANDAI Games today initiated pre-flight checks for the first free-to-play game in the legendary Ace Combat series, ACE COMBAT™ INFINITY. Coming exclusively as a free download for PlayStation®3 via PlayStation®Network, ACE COMBAT™ INFINITY combines features that are important to the fans from previous Ace Combat titles with a brand new story campaign and team co-op multiplayer. The game is scheduled for take-off later in 2013.

The game combines a precise near future world setting with elements that are important to fans from previous Ace Combat titles, including super weapons and hyper-real visuals. The Story Campaign Mode will immerse players in the game’s original scenario as they execute a series of perilous solo missions. In the game’s online multiplayer mode, skilled aces will form two teams of up to four players and compete to inflict the most damage on a common enemy.
