Sega have released loads of screenshots for the 3DS version of Sonic Generations. these 99 screenshots show in-game action and they are a mix of showing single player levels as well as VS levels. the screenshots show that the top screen is used for gameplay whilst the bottom screen shows progression in a level or where you are in a level compared to the person your racing against.
