Namco Bandai have announced Tekken Hybrid for exclusively for the PS3 this November. Tekken Hybrid is a collection that will have the Tekken Blood Vengeance 3D Movie and Tekken Tag Tournament HD game all on one Bluray, as well as some other unannounced content. Tekken Tag Tournament HD is a HD Remake of the Playstation 2 game Tekken Tag Tournament. Namco Bandai have also released new trailers for Tekken Blood Vengeance 3D and Tekken Hybrid.

SANTA CLARA, Calif., (June 7, 2011) – NAMCO BANDAI Games America Inc., today announced that TEKKEN® Hybrid, a collection of the new full-length 3D compatible feature film TEKKEN®Blood Vengeance 3D, TEKKEN®Tag Tournament HD, and additional content yet to be announced, will be releasing on Blu-Ray exclusively for the PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system this November. TEKKEN Tag Tournament HD is a high-definition remake of the PlayStation®2 classic, TEKKEN Tag Tournament.
TEKKEN Blood Vengeance 3D will be presented as a special NCM Fathom event for one night only in over 375 theaters across North America on July 26 before a home entertainment Blu-Ray release as part of the TEKKEN Hybrid set, and as a standalone DVD release from BANDAI Entertainment Inc . Set in the rich Tekken universe, TEKKEN Blood Vengeance 3D follows Xiaoyu Ling, seasoned martial artist and high school student, tasked by the G Corporation to infiltrate an international school in Kyoto to gather information on the mysterious student Shin Kamiya. Before she can make any progress in the investigation, Shin is kidnapped by an unknown assailant. Digging deeper into Shin’s background in an attempt to rescue him, Xiaoyu learns about the frightening underbelly of the Mishima Zaibatsu. Jin Kazama, Kazuya Mishima…and the late Heihachi Mishima’s conspiracy that’s stained with blood.
Created in full CG, TEKKEN Blood Vengeance 3D is being produced by Digital Frontier (Resident Evil: Degeneration, Death Note and Appleseed), with the screenplay written by Dai Sato (Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex and Cowboy Bebop) and the score composed by Hitoshi Sakimoto (Ogre Battle, Final Fantasy Tactics, and Tekken 6). Directing the project will be Youichi Mouri, who directed the opening movies for both Tekken® 5 and Tekken® 6: Bloodline Rebellion.
