Square Enix - Final Fantasy VII Advent Children EU Release
Recently it was leaked that Final Fantasy Advent Children complete would be released on July 27th [1]
I approached Square Enix asking them if this was true. they replied "...Sony Pictures should be making a statement about a European release of Advent Children Complete imminently. We cannot comment on the release date until then"
I've tried finding someone at Sony Pictures UK to ask regarding this but i have had no luck. a check of their recent press releases show that there has been no confirmation by them officially as yet.
Not an confirmation or denial so i looked around other online retailers to see if they have acted on some possible news. Play.Com [2] does have a listing for a 27th July release, however neither Amazon.co.uk or HMV.co.uk have a listing. So watch this space I guess.
@leddy2286 asked me to find out about the Final Fantasy XIII Demo that shipped with the Japanese Blu-Ray release of advent children. Again, I asked if this Demo will be released in the UK, or even in other territories.
Squares reply was "A demo for territories outside of Japan is still being discussed and will be disclosed in due course"
Again, rather vague but at least they haven't said no to the idea.
