Microsoft and Bethesda have announced that they are releasing a Fallout 3 premium theme for the Xbox 360. it will be free for those players who own all 5 pieces of DLC, as of September 22. those who have not purchased the 5 pieces of DLC will have to pay 240 MS Points. the theme is coming out on October 1st.

Today Bethesda and Microsoft revealed that a premium theme for “Fallout 3” will be released on Xbox LIVE on Oct. 1 free of charge for all players who have purchased all five “Fallout 3” Game Add-ons as of Sept. 22. Gamers who have purchased all five Game Add-ons (English only), including “Operation: Anchorage,” “The Pitt,” “Broken Steel,” “Point Lookout” and “Mothership Zeta”, will receive a token from Microsoft to download the theme for free starting Oct. 1. “This is something we’ve been asked about a lot and we’re happy to finally be able to bring it to fans as a small token of our appreciation,” said Todd Howard, game director and executive producer for Fallout 3. The theme is also available for purchase at 240 Microsoft points.
After a recent conversation with a reader, i asked Bethesda if Fallout 3 is coming to the PSN, in the same way as Burnout Paradise did. they have replied that:" We have no current plans for releasing Fallout 3 (the full game)on PSN."This came up because of the similarities between this and Burnout Paradise. both games have received alot of updates, Game and DLC, and continued support much longer than most games. Burnout Paradise has the option to buy the game or buy the game with all the DLC, and with the amount Fallout 3 has/is getting, i wondered if Bethesda would follow Criterion's example.
