Resident Evil: Revelations debuts at the number spot this week, ahead of the 3DS exclusive Donkey Kong Country Returns and the silently released Fast And Furious: Showdown. there was plenty of movement in all charts with the big winner being the 3DS with the top 4 3DS Chart games making their way in the top 20 all format charts. EA have revealed Need For Speed Rivals, a game currently in development at Ghost Games. It will come out on 19th November on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC with the PS4 and Xbox One versions coming out this year, but no specific date was announced.

In Need For Speed Rivals you play as either a Cop or a Racer. as a racer your goal is to become the most infamous by taking risks, evading cops and becoming more popular. as a cop, you have to work as a team to pursue the racers, you earn promotions by getting busts.

AllDrive is a online feature that takes your single player game and lets your friends join in turning it into a online multiplayer game seamlessly, friends can exit the game just as easy.

Need for Speed Rivals pushes the limits of racing games with all-new and improved features:

Housemarque Announce They Are Bringing The Spiritual Successor To Super Stardust Exclusively To PS4

Housemarque have announced they are working on a PS4 exclusive and it will be the spiritual successor to the Super Stardust franchise.

Curve Studios Announce Move To PS Vita And PS4 Due To Lack Of Indie Support With Xbox One

Curve Studios have announced that due to the lack of independent support recently announced from Microsoft and the Xbox One, they will focus on the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. Curve Studios had this to say:

“XBLA was a trailblazer last generation, so it’s sad to see Microsoft not announcing dedicated support for independent developers on the Xbox One.” said Managing Director Jason Perkins, who started his own game development career as an independent developer on the Commodore 64.

Jason added, “Refusing to concentrate on easier submissions and discoverability leaves the way clear for Sony to capture the most innovative market in gaming right now.”

EA And DICE Announce Battlefield 4 For Xbox One And PlayStation 4, Detail Pre-Order Offer

EA And Dice have confirmed that Battlefield 4 is coming to both the Xbox One and PlayStation 4. Microsoft have revealed their next console, The Xbox One. this console has a mix of games, Kinect and TV. you can watch TV from your Cable, Telco or staellite set-top box via the HDMI In port at the back. the console comes with a Blu-Ray drive, a new designed controller and a new updated Kinect. voice controls return letting you turn the console on with just "Xbox On".

Microsoft have revealed some of the dashboard features. one cool new one is Snap. this lets you play a game in one half of the screen and use the other half for things like Skype, or you can watch live TV in one screen and have your fantasy football results in the other. another feature is the Trending channel. this shows what your friends have been watching and whats popular amongst other Xbox Live Users.
