Konami Announce They Have Released A New Patch For Puddle On The PS3 And Xbox 360



Konami have announced they have released a new patch for Puddle. the patch notes from Konami reveal the following have been changed from the patch:

• Demo flow has been updated to help new players get a feel for the novel game mechanic
• No more load times when restarting a level
• Updated Leaderboard display
• Minor tweaks throughout to make the game even more fun, interactive, and challenging
• Updated gameplay video included in the demo

Beatshapers Have Released 2 New Videos For StarDrone Extreme On The PS Vita, Detail StarDrone PS3 Update

Beatshapers have released 2 new videos for the PS Vita version of StarDrone Extreme as well as detailing an update for the PS3 StarDrone game. the first video is a launch trailer whilst the second video shows in-game action. StarDrone Extreme features a new UI, over the PS3 version, and revamped/improved PS3 levels, and new exclusive levels. StarDrone Extreme is out now for €3.99/£3.19.





 StarDrone on the PS3 has also been updated. this update brings Cross Play between the PS3 and PS Vita games. you can play on one, and resume your progress on the other. 2 new levels have also been added as well as 2 new music tracks and 2 new tutorial levels.

Square Enix have revealed the Hitman: Absolution Professional Edition. as well as the game, you get a hardcover art book, an exclusive behind the scenes making of video. you also get access to the The Agency Jagd P22G pistol, the Agency HX UMP SMG and the Agency SPS 12 semi-automatic shotgun.

Nihilistic Have Revealed Resistance: Burning Skies Multiplayer Details, Up To 8 Player Multiplayer And Social Features

Nihilistic have revealed details regarding the multiplayer mode in Resistance: Burning Skies. Multiplayer is done over Wifi and there is a choice of small 2 vs 2 games or 4 on 4. Quick Match puts you straight into a game whilst Party With Friends uses the PS Vita cross game party app to let you play with mates. there are 3 game modes, Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, and another mode they'll reveal later. You gain XP from killing enemies, wining matches, and by pulling off feats of skill. you can also customise your weapons, like equipping the Bullseye with explosive tags. 

 Resistance: Burning Skies also makes use of NEAR. by using Wi-Fi and 3G you can find XP Multipliers that can be used in multiplayer battles. you can also use Wi-Fi and 3G to keep on top of leaderboards. More NEAR functions will be revealed later.

Namco Bandai Announce Dark Souls: Prepare To Die Edition For PC, Out 24th August In USA

Namco Bandai have announced From Software's Dark Souls is coming to PC's. this new Prepare To Die Edition has been enhanced and tuned for PC's. there is a new chapter to the game, ‘Artorias of the Abyss,’ That takes place in Lordran and helps expand the lore of the game. there is also a new PVP mode which allows battles against other players online. at present there is no mention of the game getting a retail release, it's download only.

Namco Bandai Have Released The Debut English Trailer For Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch

Namco Bandai have released a new trailer for Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch. this upcoming PS3 Exclusive is currently set to come out across Europe in Q1 2013, and there are reports the USA release has been put back to this date as well. this trailer is the first English language trailer for the game and it also reveals some of the games story.

Capcom have also announced several features for this PS Vita version. Street Fighter X Tekken will let PS Vita players play against PS3 players either locally, over 3G, or over Wifi. there are 12 exclusive Playstation characters, PS Vita gets them in the game but if you own the PS3 version as well the PS Vita you can get these extra characters as free DLC. all DLC purchases on the PS3 version can be used on the PS Vita version, and Vice Versa. All data from the PS Vita version can be transferred over to the PS3 via a Safe Data link.

Sega Announce Sonic the Hedgehog 4 Episode II Comes Out 15th May, Reveal Episode Metal

Sega have announced Sonic the Hedgehog 4 Episode II is set to come out from 15th May. PS3 PSN gets it first on 15th for $14.99, as well as Android, iOS, and Windows Mobile. Xbox Live gets it on 16th May for 1200 MS Points.

Sega have also announced an exclusive feature for people who own both Sonic the Hedgehog 4 Episode I and Episode II. Metal Lock-On unlocks an exclusive story featuring Metal Sonic. this story is set across 4 acts from Sonic the Hedgehog 4 Episode I and tells the story of what happened to him after Sonic CD.

CoroCoro's May Issue Reveals Pokémon Black/White 2 Details, Unova Covered In Ice, New Towns, New Leaders And More

The May issue of CoroCoro has come out in Japan and it has revealed several new details on the upcoming Pokémon Black 2 and Pokémon White 2 games. The moves of Black Kyurem( Freeze Shock) and White Kyurem (Ice Burn) do seem to revolve around the ice theme and as you'll see this could be important to the situation Unova finds itself in.

other details are a bit light, but i have broken down the big news below.

New Characters!


These two are the new starting player characters (no names as yet)


This guy is your new rival, focuses on a Pokémon's Strength (No Name as yet)


This is a new Gym Leader called Homika. She's a Poison Type User.


This is another new Gym Leader. Shizui is a water type user.


And finally we have Akuroma, a Pokémon researcher, researching Pokémon Strength

New Locations!


This is Hiougi City, the new starting location in the game.































Those pictures tease the big change to Unova. nearly half of the region is covered in a glacier. this means that there are several new locations, towns gone, and tunnels. Opelucid City is on the border of this glacier, the road between Castelia City and Nimbasa City is complete. there is now a settlement on route 4. places gone include Driftveil City's lighthouse, construction zone, and cold storage.



New  Pokémon?

That picture shows there are some favourites returning to the game. in the original Pokémon Black and White games there were only 156 Unova Pokémon, but now there are 300 available in Pokémon Black and White 2. no new Pokémon were announced, but the inclusion of Eevee is interesting and could tease a new Eevelution.
