This Weeks WiiWare, DSiWare, And Virtual Console Releases

Nintendo have announced this weeks WiiWare and DSiWare releases for the USA. there are no Virtual Console releases this week.

WiiWare

Cave Story
This is a 1 player game that costs 1,200 Wii Points. you play as a boy who's appeared in a strange world with no memory of who he is or how he got there. you find a village in danger who's only hope is you.


DSiWare

Drift Street International
This is a 1-4 player game that costs 800 DSi Points. this is a street racing game where you race in countries like the UK and Japan against AI Drivers. each track in the game can be played in checkpoint racing and speed trails.


Libera Wing
This is a 1 player game only that costs 800 DSi Points. this is a tower defence/ action strategy style game that has 36 levels in story mode to play through, or 24 levels in the quick play mode.


Game & Watch: Mario's Cement Factory
This is a 1 player game that costs 200 DSi Points. in this game you have to move cement from mixers to a cement truck.


Game & Watch: Chef
This is a 1 player only game that costs 200 DSi Points. In this game you have to catch and flip falling ingredients before they hit the floor.


Game & Watch: Judge
This is a 1-2 player game that costs 200 DSi Points. the winner of the game is the first to reach 99 points. you have to decide if the number on your card is going to be bigger than your opponents. if it is, whack your opponent.

Description: You have a split second to decide: whack your opponent or duck out of the way? Numbers appear on two large signs. Earn points based on correctly whacking your opponent or dodging an attack. The first player to reach 99 points wins.

Users with broadband Internet access can redeem Wii Points or Nintendo DSi Points to download the games. Wii Points can be purchased in the Wii Shop Channel. Nintendo DSi Points can be purchased in the Nintendo DSi Shop. A Nintendo Points Card™ can be purchased at retail locations. Sony Announce Facebook Story Publishing Is Coming To Buzz! Quiz World

Sony has announced that Buzz! Quiz World will get Facebook support. You will be able to publish information about your Buzz! Quiz World games to Facebook. all gamers need to do is Sync your PSN Account to your Facebook account, via account management menu on the XMB. The Game will prompt players if they want to publish game information and won't publish a story without permission.

TikGames Announce Hamsterball For The PSN

TikGames have announced Hamsterball for the PSN. Hamsterball is a Marble Madness/Super Monkey Ball style game that is coming out his week in the USA for $9.99. Hamsterball has 3 different Hamsters to play as, each with their own unique abilities, and mode where 7 players can play against each other.

TikGames have also revealed that there are plans for DLC and Editors for Hamsterball. the game does not use SixAxis, instead it uses first person shooter controls to steer the Hamsters. The game is a 1080p and TikGames have revealed that some of the levels are from the PC version of Hamsterball as well as 35 new levels.

Namco Bandai Announce Mr Driller: Drill Till You Drop For Nintendo DSiWare

Namco Bandai have announced Mr Driller: Drill Till You Drop for Nintendo DSiWare. this downloadable title is currently set for a April release. Mr Driller: Drill Till You Drop has 40 stages and 6 characters to play as. The game also has 3 game modes to play, Mission, Time Attack, and the exclusive DSiWare Dristone mode. Namco Bandai have released new gameplay trailers showing Mission and Dristone mode, as well as new screenshots showing in-game action, and character art for 3 of the games 6 characters.

Square Enix have released the Début trailer for Dues EX: Human Evolution. This trailer appears to be from a in-game cutscene and offers a brief glimpse at the world, the lead character and enemies.




Sony Announce The God Of War Trilogy And Its Set For UK Release On 30th April For £64.99

Sony has revealed the God Of War Trilogy. This Collection features both the remastered God Of War I and II as well as the recently released God Of War III. This Trilogy is set for release at the same time as the God Of War Collection and has a suggested price of €89.99/£64.99.

Sony Announce The God Of War Collection Is Coming Out 30th April For £24.99 In The UK


Sony has revealed that the God Of War Collection is set to come out in the UK on 30th April for £24.99. The collection currently has a Euro price of €39.99 and is set to come out in PAL regions on 28th April. Australia and New Zealand get the collection on 29th April.
