EA Announce Tiger Woods PGA TOUR Online Is Out Now

EA have announced that Tiger Woods PGA TOUR Online is now Live. This is a Free to play online Golf Game that has 10 different courses to play, with more planned to be added over time. Tiger Woods PGA TOUR Online can either be played for free, or gamers can choose to buy a monthly subscription, for £6.99, or a Yearly Subscription, for £49.99, that entitles them to unlimited gameplay.

Gamers also have a choice whether to use real world money to buy items in the game, or use ingame credits to buy items. some items can improve a players performance or increase the amount of experience a player gains.

Tiger Woods PGA TOUR Online, developed by EA Tiburon, has stunning high resolution 3D graphics and requires no game installation*, no disc, and no additional peripherals.

In addition to a free-to-play** experience that allows unlimited access to featured courses, players will be able to choose from a monthly or yearly membership, offered at £6.99 and £49.99 respectively (pricing for North America). Tiger Woods PGA TOUR Online will also utilize a points-based transaction system allowing players to purchase packages of points which can be used on in-game transactions, such as rounds of golf and Pro Shop items. Consumers who purchase the annual membership receive unlimited rounds on all available courses, and will be provided with a package of points that can be spent on Pro Shop items.

EA Have announced that a Skate 3 demo is coming to Xbox Live and the Playstation Network on 25th April. The demo will include the University District in the Port Carverton. the demo will also have singleplayer and multiplayer challenges. The Demo will also come with Skate.School, and gamers will also be able to personalise the University District by dropping 24 different objects into it. The Demo will also come with the Replay Editor and users will be able to upload these to Skate.Reel.

PopCap Announce Plants vs Zombies HD For The iPad

PopCap have announced Plants vs Zombies HD for the iPad and announced that the game is out now. the original Plants vs. Zombies game for the iPhone has gone on to sell over 650,000 units since its release in February.

The iPad version of the game costs $9.99/£5.99. Plants vs. Zombies HD has 50 levels and quickplay modes as well as the survival mode that was in the Apple and PC version of Plants vs. Zombies. The iPad version has also got a multi-touch user interface, 4 new achievements and 18 mini-games, one of which is exclusive for the iPad.
