March UK PC Charts; SimCity, BioShock Infinite, The Sims 3: University Life, StarCraft II: Heart Of The Swarm, Tomb Raider

Ukie and Ipsos MedicaCT have released the first official UK PC Chart that features both boxed/retail and digital sales of PC Games. this may not cover every digital retailer, but this is the most comprehensive PC chart. they have released a combined chart, individual charts for boxed and digital and they have also released DLC charts. these charts are for the month of March.

The UK Government Announce PEGI Will Become The Sole Age Rating System For Vide Games From 30th July

The UK Government have announced that from 30th July, PEGI will be used as the sole age rating system for video games. currently there are two age rating systems for video games, BBFC and PEGI. this means that from 30th July, it will be illegal to sell a video game with a PEGI rating of 12, 16 or 18 to someone younger than the rating.

UK Digital January PC Game Charts; Star Wars The Old Republic, From Dust, Bastion, Battlefield 3

UKIE and GfK Chart Track have unveiled the first UK chart for PC Downloads. this digital download chart is currently in Beta and is the top 20 for the month of January. this chart is based on sales data from 10 companies, estimated to be around 40% of the overall digital PC market.
