Sony have announced they are releasing a new PS3 bundle to coincide with the launch of Uncharted 3 in the USA. this bundle costs $299.99 and comes with a 320GB PS3, Uncharted 3, and 1 months free Membership to Playstation Plus.

DICE Announce The PS3 Battlefield 3 Beta Runs 29th September To 10th October, All DLC Comes 1 Week Early


DICE have announced the Battlefield 3 beta comes to the PS3 and runs from the 29th September to 10th October. this beta will be open to all Playstation 3 users. The playable map in the Beta is Operation Metro. DICE have also announced all Battlefield 3 DLC will come to the PS3 1 week before it is released on the Xbox 360.

UTV Ignition And Eiconic Announce Mercury Hg For The PSN, Out Next Week For $4.99/£3.99/€4.99

UTV Ignition And Eiconic have announced they are bringing a new Mercury game to the PS3 PSN from next week, Tuesday 27th in the USA and Wednesday 28th in UK/EU. the game consists of 120 levels spread across the main game and upcoming DLC, they are designed to take no longer than 2 minutes each to complete, as well as 40 bonus levels. there are also 20 challenge levels, again across DLC and Main Game. the DLC for Mercury Hg is set to come out a month or two after Mercury does.

Each level in Mercury Hg has its own leaderboards, so players can aim to be top of who finishes the level fastest or who manages to complete the level with the most Mercury. The game also features ghosts which mean you can race against your best previous go or download another players ghost and try to beat them.

Namco Bandai Announce Dark Souls Has Gone Gold, Out 4th October In USA And 7th October Across Europe


Namco Bandai have announced Dark Souls has gone gold, which means the game can now be made. Dark Souls is set to come out in the USA from 4th October and across the EU from 7th October. Dark Souls is the Spiritual successor to Demon's Souls, the PS3 exclusive released back in 2009.

Square Enix Announce Final Fantasy XIII-2 Comes Out In The USA On 31st January 2012

Square Enix have announced Final Fantasy XIII-2 is set to come out in the USA on 31st January 2012. Final Fantasy XIII-2 is the sequel to Final Fantasy XIII, a game which shipped over 6.2 Million units worldwide. 

Square Enix have provided a prologue for Final Fantasy XIII-2 (Warning FFXIII Spoilers):
She defied her destiny. She set out to vanquish the false gods enslaving mankind.
After the war, the world was no longer the same. Humans reigned victorious and their gods were no more. Their utopia fell from the sky and became one with Pulse, the underworld crawling with beasts and fiends. It marked the beginning of a new era. However, she was nowhere to be seen. Three years later—
