TellTale Announce The Wold Among Us Is Coming To PS Vita And iOS

TellTale have announced they are bringing their episodic game The Wolf Among Us to PS Vita and iOS later this year. there's no firm release date or price for Episode just as yet but TellTale have confirmed that on PS Vita you'll have the choice of playing the game via touch, analogue controls, or you can switch between them on the fly.

Sony Announce Flower, flOw, Escape Plan and Sound Shapes For PS4 And PS Vita, Cross Buy Supported

Sony have announced they are bringing  Flower, flOw, Escape Plan and Sound Shapes to the PS4, with Flower and flOw also coming to the PS Vita. these games support Sony's Cross Buy Promotion which means that if you own any of these games on the PS3 or PS Vita already, you'll get the game on other platforms for free.

Flower will come out on PS4 and PS Vita on 29th November, for free if you already own the PS3 version. Sound Shapes comes to the PS4 on the 29th November also, and again it's free if you own the PS3/PS Vita versions. flOw is coming out on PS Vita and PS4 on 29th November and Escape Plan comes to the PS4 on 29th Novmber with re-worked DualShock 4 controller support, they're free if you already on them.

XSEED Announce Valhalla Knights 3 Comes To EU On PS Vita On 23rd October

XSEED have announced the EU release date for the PS Vita game Valhalla Knights 3. it's coming out this week across the USA and will come out across the EU on 23rd October. XSEED have also confirmed the western release of the game will have both ad-hoc multiplayer and multiplayer over the PSN. also added are leaderboards and the amount of XP you earn has been tweaked for the early part of the game. nearly all the free DLC the game got in Japan has been included, essentially everything that wasn't a licensed cross over costume.

Futurlab Reveal Surge Deluxe, A New PS Vita Version Of Surge Coming In Early 2014

Futurlab have announced they are bringing their PlayStation Mobile game Surge to the PlayStation Vita as Surge Deluxe. this PS Vita game is a response to feedback they received from fans of the game. in addition to the original game, Surge Deluxe features a new Combiner Block and they've dropped the colour requirement for multipliers. Also new is the Chain Linker Block which can be used to create massive chains. Surge Deluxe is more colour blind friendly as the colour blocks have their own shapes, the scoring system has been tweaked, Trophies have been added as have unlockable backgrounds and a expanded soundtrack.

NISA And Atlus Announce Cross Play With Dragon's Crown, Apologise For Confusion

Here We Go, there has been some confusion over the last couple of days over Dragon's Crown on PS Vita and PS3 and today it has taken another twist. so here is what's happening...
Yes there is a printing error on the EU version of Dragon's Crown on PS Vita. these state that the game supports Cross Play with the PS3 version of the game. when the game comes out across the EU it won't.
Today Atlus and NISA have announced that both the PS3 and PS Vita versions will be patched to enable Cross Play between them.

i apologise for the confusion this has caused. i've only reported what i was told directly by NISA. like yesterdays statement, i have included the message i got today from NISA about the upcoming patch.

"October 10, 2013

RE: Dragon’s Crown™ PS Vita retail packaging

We wanted to let you know that due to a printing error, the initial run of PS Vita retail

packaging indicates that the game is Cross-platform Play compatible with the

PlayStation®3, which is incorrect. At launch, the game will only support cross-save

functionality. We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences this may cause. On a

positive note, we are happy to announce that in the upcoming months Cross-platform

play will become available across Europe via a game patch."

NIS America Announce EU PS Vita Dragon's Crown Boxart Printing Error, Confirm There Is NO Cross Platform Play

NIS America have announced there was a printing error with the PS Vita version of Dragon's Crown. this error meant that the retail package stated the game supported Cross Platform play with the PS3 version of the game. this is not the case, Dragon's Crown only supports Cross Save. here is what NIS America had to say:

Sony Announce Proteus Is Coming To PS3 And PS Vita This October With Exclusive Content

Curve Studios, Sony and Ed Key have announced Proteus is coming to PS3 and PS Vita this October. this version of the game will come with exclusive content and features. On PS Vita, you can generate an island based on your location data and on both platforms you can generate one based on the current date. the PS Vita will also have some touch screen functionality that will be revealed at a later date. Proteus is a exploration game where you wonder round randomly generated islands.

Sony Announce A Destiny Of Spirits Beta For PlayStation Plus Members, Release New Trailer

Sony have announced there will be a Beta for Destiny of Spirits. it's a free to play location based "card" battling game and a beta has been announced fro 24th October until 31st October. in the EU, Sony have announced this beta will be open to PlayStation Plus members but it's not been revealed how to enter the USA beta. you can find some in-depth information on summoning and breeding spirits.

Warner Bros. Reveal Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition, Coming To PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, PS Vita And PC

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and NetherRealm have revealed Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition. coming out across the EU on 9th November, Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition is being released on PS3, Xbox 360 and PS4 for £49.99 whilst PC and PS Vita will get versions for £29.99. as well as the main game, Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition comes with £79 worth of DLC that was released for the original game. 

The PS4 version of the game will have touchpad functionality, video sharing and streaming and it's being developed by High Voltage, who are also doing the PC Version. the PS Vita version is being developed by Amature Studio who are adding touch controls for certain parts of the game, ad-hoc and wifi multiplayer, collectible Hero Cards and of course all the previously released DLC.

Aksys Games have also revealed the Sorcery Saga: Curse of the Great Curry God Hot and Spicy, Everything Nicey Limited Edition. as well as the game, it comes with a bib, plate and spoon. Sorcery Saga: Curse of the Great Curry God, both standalone and this special edition, should come out this Christmas.
