Zoo Entertainment have announced they are releasing, under their indiePub label, Storm for the Xbox 360 XBLA, PS3 PSN, and PC this Summer. Storm was developed by Eko Software and in the game you control the weather and have to grow seeds into tree's. by using the weather, you have to guide them through nature themed levels. there are 49 levels, 3 main elements, 4 secondary elements, 5 different kinds of seeds, and 4 seasons. In Storm, players control the weather to grow seeds into trees by guiding them through nature-themed levels set to a tranquil music background. By manipulating the weather elements, players solve puzzles. However, conjured weather can either help or hinder along the way. Seeds are transported past obstacles with gusts of wind, torrential downpours and bolts of lighting to reach various checkpoints throughout the game. Featuring 49 intriguing levels, players use three main elements and four secondary elements to maneuver five different kinds of seeds in each of the four seasons.
The three main elements include wind, lighting and rain. Wind moves seeds around. Lightning can break up rocks, set grass on fire and make seeds jump. Rain maneuvers seeds by filling up holes, extinguishing fires and creating bubbles. Secondary elements both complicate and enhance gameplay. Tornadoes strengthen wind, blowing seeds to higher ground. Bubbles also elevate seeds by enabling them to float, and can be used with wind to transport seeds across longer distances. Snow builds up, creating a cushion for seeds to access higher ground. Finally, ice provides a smooth sliding surface for seeds to move across.
Each level can be played in three unique game modes – adventure, challenge and spirit. Adventure mode allows untimed playthrough to unlock levels and progress in the game. Challenge mode has players finish unlocked levels to beat completion times and raise scores. Spirit mode features special orbs that are placed within the levels for players to collect as a means to rack up points and earn trophies.

Insomniac have revealed the release dates for Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One. it comes out on 18th October in the USA and 19th October across the EU. Insomniac have revealed some of the pre-order incentives for the game. the video shows which USA retailers have what goodies. the same incentives are coming to the EU, but it's not been made clear which EU shops have what.
Sony Japan have announced a new range of games are coming out. the PSP Remaster series will be PSP Games released on BluRay discs with HD Graphics. new features will be added including support for the PS3 controller, new add-on content, and some games may even get support for Stereoscopic 3D. One feature of this series is that save games from the PS3 version can be used on the original PSP version of the games.
adhoc multiplayer will also be supported through the adhoc Party Playstation Portable App on the PS3. the first game announced for this series of games is Monster Hunter Portable 3rd HD Ver. from Capcom. Capcom have released a gameplay video showing the differences in graphics between the PSP and PS3 version.
I have asked Sony Europe if the PSP Remaster series is going to come out in the UK/EU. The reply was "Yes this will be coming to Europe". more details will be coming later, most likely before or during E3.

(SCEI) today announced that a new "PSP® (PlayStation®Portable) Remaster" title series, PSP titles customized and developed specifically for the PS3 computer entertainment system, will become available as Blue ray Disc™ games starting in the Japanese market.
"PSP Remaster" titles will deliver rich and immersive gaming experience on the PS3 system through stunning high-definition graphics as well as through additional new features for these titles, such as operability on the PS3 Wireless Controller (SIXAXIS® and DUALSHOCK®3), new add-on content or stereoscopic 3D support*1. Users will also be able to utilize the same save data from the original PSP game for the "PSP Remaster" version and enjoy the game on the go with the PSP system and continue the game at home on a large TV screen using PS3. Ad-hoc mode gameplay will also be supported through "adhoc party for PlayStation Portable" application on the PS3 system*2.
For Japan, the first "PSP Remaster" title to be introduced will be Monster Hunter Portable 3rd HD Ver. from Capcom Co., Ltd. Monster Hunter Portable 3rd for the PSP system is the latest installment of the blockbuster Monster Hunter franchise, which has alone shipped over 4.5 million units in Japan since its release in December 2010. The graphics of the PS3 version, including monsters, fields, equipment, as well as Felyne Comrades, are more gorgeous and vibrant than ever, and will deliver dynamic gameplay when played on the large TV screens. Namco Bandai have released screenshots and trailers for Dual Pen Sports on the 3DS. the first set show in-game action of the training mode. several different sporting events are shown, some with a gameplay twist. the second set show in-game action from the Today's Challenge mode. this mode sets you daily challenges in different sporting events to try and beat.
