Ratchet & Clank: Nexus is a story driven platform adventure that features new crazy weapons and gadgets the series is known for.

Insomniac Announce A Ratchet And Clank Movie Is Coming To Cinemas In 2015

Insomniac have announced they are partnering with Blockade Entertainment and Rainmaker Entertainment to bring a Ratchet And Clank Movie to cinemas in 2015. Insomniac reveal they are having a hands on role with the films production, screenplay, character development, and animation consulting. T.J Fixman, writer of recent Ratchet And Clank games, is also writing the script for the film.

EA and Insomniac have released a new trailer for Fuse, which was previously known as Overstrike. the trailer shows in-game action from this 3rd person four-player cooperative game. you play as part of the Overstrike team who have been hired to track down a dangerous substance called Fuse which has fallen into enemy hands. each member of the Overstrike team has their own Fuse power and the trailer shows each of them. Fuse is set to come out in March 2013.

Insomniac have released a new game trailer and screenshots for Ratchet & Clank: QForce. the trailer provides some info for the games single player mode. Insomniac have also detailed the games Multiplayer. the multiplayer will support two to four players and feature ranked and custome games. each match consists of rounds that are divided into phases. First, there’s a Recon phase where you’ll capture nodes in the battlefield. Then, in the Squad phase, you’ll build your base defenses and minion squads. Finally, it’s time to get nasty. In the Assault phase you’ll annihilate your opponent by attacking their base. The game ends when one side has destroyed all the generators in the opponent’s base.

Insomniac have announced they are celebrating 10 years of Ratchet & Clank with a new PS3 game. coming this year to the PSN, and at retail across the EU, Ratchet & Clank: QForce brings the series back to it's roots with classic third person Ratchet & Clank camera, controls, and weapons. the game will also feature online modes which you can play with friends. not much else is known about the game but more details will be revealed later.

Insomniac and EA have announced Outernauts for Facebook. Coming this summer, Outernautsis a adventure role playing game where you play as a member of the United Earth Outernaut Force. their job is to find and control alien beasts whilst battling pirates and evil corporations who want control of the galaxy. Players can explore planets, harvest Loot, and fight asynchronously with friends against the universe. Outernauts is currently in a closed Beta but it is set to come out this Summer.

Sony have revealed the collection is coming out this May, but no other details were revealed, however it would be safe to presume it contains Resistance 1,2,3 with Resistance 1 not getting a trophy patch. i would also guess that both Resistance 1 and 2 will come with full DLC.

Insomniac have revealed a new multiplayer map in Resistance 3. this new map is set in Australia in the town of Alice Springs. this is a 16 player multiplayer map.



Insomniac have provided some history for why there's a map set in Australia:
The Land Down Under has always had an interesting place in the lore of Resistance, being the site of a gigantic refugee camp called Avalon One, and for years remaining a safe haven even as Europe fell. Unfortunately, the enormous amount of refugees strained food supplies, and Civil War erupted in 1952. Eventually, as with everywhere else on the planet, the Chimera arrived. Now the remnants of civilization on the continent fight back in one of the most inhospitable climates to the Chimeran menace.

Insomniac Announce Resistance 3 Has Gone Gold; Has Day 1 Patch; Comes With Demos,Trailers, And Music Videos On Disc

Insomniac have announced Resistance 3 has gone gold and is set to make it's 6th September release date. there will also be a day 1 patch for the game that brings fixes and tweaks to the game, possibly with a focus on multiplayer. With this announcement, Insomniac have also released a new trailer for the game revealing more of the games story, characters, and locations.



Insomniac have revealed that included with Resistance 3, on the disc, will be Demos for Killzone 3 and MotorStorm Apocalypse in both 2D and 3D. there's also a 2D demo for inFamous 2. there are trailers and developer video's for UNCHARTED 3: Drake’s Deception, Starhawk, God of War: Origins, and SOCOM 4. there is also content from Sony Pictures and Sony Music including trailers and music videos.
