Sega Announce A Premium Edition Version Of Yakuza 3

Sega have announced that there will be a premium edition of the Yakuza 3 when it's released in the west on 12th March.

The Premium Edition has the following content:
  • Battle for Survival – Take on all the bosses of Yakuza 3 as Kazuma
  • All-Star Tournament (7 character tournament)
  • All-Star Tag Tournament (8 team tournament)
  • Haruka’s Request - This unique series of challenge missions will send you on a task of exploration throughout the entire Yakuza world, playing mini-games and entertaining Haruka.

Sega have also announced a pre-order incentive for the Yakuza 3. The Pre-Order bonus is a Challenge pack which has 2 player mini games, including Pool, Bowling, Darts, and Golf. the pacl also has 4 alternative costumes for Kazuma, Haruka and Rikiya.

Sony Online Entertainment Announce The Battlegrounds Expansion For EverQuest II

Sony Online Entertainment have announced Battlegrounds, a PvP expansion for EverQuest II. Battlegrounds is for players with characters levelled 80-90. The Expansion will come with 3 maps where players can engage in PvP against their friends or foes, not matter what server they are on.

The Battlegrounds expansion will come out on 16th February. Players who login between 16th Feb - 18th Feb will also receive a Warrior Of Chaos Statue.

The Three Battlegrounds are:


Battlefield of Ganak
• Game Type: Capture the Flag
• Players: 6 Person Group
• Environment: Outdoor arena with two large oppositional bases with intersecting interiors
• Objective: Capture the enemy's flag located within their base and return it to your base with your flag still in place
• Win Condition: First team to successfully capture and return three flags wins

Smuggler's Den
• Game Type: Hold Territory
• Players: 24 Person Group
• Environment: Five spires on top of two pinnacles jutting out of a raging ocean
• Objective: Gain control and hold towers longer than the opposition to earn Tower Tickets
• Win Condition: First team to reach the displayed Tower Ticket goal wins

Gears of Klak'Anon
• Game Type: Hold the Relic
• Players: 6 Person Group
• Environment: Industrious clockwork foundry containing scientific equipment in motion

Sega has announced that the band Lamb Of God are creating a song exclusively for the Iron Man 2 Game.

Subatomic Studios Have Released Some Cheat Codes For The Mini's Game, Fieldrunners


Subatomic Studios have revealed 2 cheat codes for the Mini's Fieldrunners game. The First cheat unlocks all the maps and FastForward.

To unlock:
  1. Navigate to the Credits screen.
  2. Enter the following button sequence: Down, Down, Up, Up, Right, Left, Right, Left, Circle button, X button.
  3. The “Charge” sound effect will play indicating the cheat was unlocked!

The second cheat gives you 9999 Money and 999 Health.

TellTale games and Lucas Arts have announced Lego Star Wars III: The Clone Wars. the game is currently set for a fall 2010 release on the Wii, DS, PSP, PS3, Xbox 360, And PC.

The Game will feature characters from both seasons of the Clone Wars as well as some favourites from the Star Wars Saga. Sony Online Entertainment have announced that Free Realms now has more than 8 Million unique users registered to play Free Realms. The Game was released back on 29th April 2009, and since then, has steadily grown in terms of registered users and in the new features that have been added to the game.

Sony Online Entertainment have also announced that a new festival is scheduled to start later this week. The Festival Of Hearts is a month long celebration of love, friendship, and kindness. There will be themed events, items and awards released during the event as well as new pets.

THQ Announce That All Star Karate Is In Development Exclusively For The Nintendo Wii


THQ Have announced that they are working on All Star Karate and that it is coming exclusively for the Nintendo Wii. All Star Karate is the first extension to the All Star Series which began with All Star Cheer Squad.

In the game you play as a young martial arts novice. you try to save a old man from a pack of ninja, who turns out to be a Karate Master. the master offers you his services and makes you his protégé.
The Single Player Mode is a career mode where, by using the WiiMote, Nunchuck, Or Two WiiMotes, you master various Karate moves to obtain seven different coloured Belts. The Game will feature a Kata editor where you are able to create your own move sequences. A Challenge is in the game and give you the chance to spar with a friend.

In All Star Karate, players will follow the life of a young, martial arts novice whose noble attempt to save an elderly man from a pack of ninjas brings him face-to-face with a true karate master. The sensei, a cantankerous old-timer, offers his services and teaches his new protégé the proper techniques and disciplines of karate and guides him toward achieving the black belt. In single-player, Career mode, players will execute and master various karate moves utilizing the Wii Remote™ and Nunchuk, or two Wii Remotes, in order to attain the seven different colored belts or achievement levels in karate, including the black belt. Additionally, players can show off their hand, kicking and blocking techniques by sparring with a friend in Challenge mode or by creating their own move sequences to perform with the Kata Editor.

THQ Have announced that Brock Lesnar will feature on the cover for UFC Undisputed 2010. THQ Have also revealed more details for the game. UFC Undisputed 2010 is coming to the Xbox 360, Playstation 3 on 25th May. A PSP Version of the game will come out later this year.

(NASDAQ: THQI) and Zuffa, LLC today announced the first gameplay details surrounding UFC®Undisputed™ 2010, the follow-up to the critically and commercially acclaimed debut videogame based on the Ultimate Fighting Championship®. Poised to deliver intelligent and intuitive combat, increased fighter customization, robust career progression, challenging new gameplay modes and explosive online offerings, UFC Undisputed 2010 is currently in development for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system and PSP® (PlayStation®Portable) system. Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 system versions are scheduled for release on May 25, 2010, while the PSP system version is scheduled for release later this year.

In addition, current UFC Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar will be featured on the cover of UFC Undisputed 2010. A mixed martial artist, as well as a former professional and amateur wrestler, Lesnar made his UFC debut during UFC 81: Breaking Point against former UFC Heavyweight Champion Frank Mir. He went on to win the UFC Heavyweight Championship by defeating Randy Couture at UFC 91: Couture vs. Lesnar, held on November 15, 2008, and has retained the Championship since that time. Lesnar is tentatively slated to return to the Octagon in 2010.

UFC Undisputed 2010 is the only mixed martial arts (MMA) videogame this year that will deliver the action, intensity and prestige of the Ultimate Fighting Championship. UFC Undisputed 2010 will also introduce players to three new gameplay modes.
