Zen Studios Have Released A New Trailer For KickBeat And Revealed Some Of The Licensed Music

Zen Studios have released a new trailer for KickBeat, their upcoming PS Vita exclusive. the gameplay video shows how the game is played using the d-pad and gameplay queues.



Zen Studios has also revealed some of the licensed tracks in the game. in all there will be 18 tracks, but currently these 9 are the only confirmed tracks.

• Rob Zombie – Scum of the Earth
• Voicians – The Construct
• Shen Yi – War Dance
• Celldweller – I Can’t Wait
• Styles of Beyond – Nine Thou

• Blue Stahli – Ultranumb

The game features a Music Analyzer Tool which means the game can use music already on your Vita and generate KickBeat Tracks.

KickBeat is an experimental rhythm game featuring fully 3D characters and combat and high-energy music. The game is being demoed in the Zen Studios meeting room this week at GamesCom. KickBeat won Destructiod’s E3 Best Rhythm Game award.

A new KickBeat gameplay video is available from the Zen Studios YouTube Channel. This video demonstrates how KickBeat is played using the D-pad controls, and highlights how fully 3D models have replaced arrows and colored buttons as gameplay queues.
