Nintendo have announced the upcoming Nintendo 3DS update is now set to come out across europe on 8th December. This is the update that brings 3D Video recording, new puzzles for StreetPass Quest and Puzzle Swap, and the ability to to a system transfer between 3DS units. other features include the ability to send messages to other 3DS owners, via SwapNote.
