What Have You Played This Week?
This weekend turned into another where I had high hopes of playing lots of games, but ended up playing very few. I'll be honest and say one of the reasons i've been playing less is because i've started watching a new Anime, Bleach, whilst I wait for the Naruto Shippuden Filler to end.
Flight Control HD – PS3 – i've now played through all the maps in the game. Each one offers a unique challenge and they are certainly fun to play. The music in the game is very average but thankfully you are able to play your own music. I also recommend using the fast forward button in the early parts of the levels as they should be fairly manageable.
Naruto: Broken Bonds – Xbox 360 – this is the game i'm currently renting, but it has taken me several weeks to get through it. I'm nearly done with the story mode, kinda finishing the last few achievements in the game, powering up fighters before I go to finish it.
Super Meat Boy – Demo – Xbox 360 – Everyone have been talking about this game and saying how great it is. I wanted to try it out as I wasn't too sure. Its fair to say that even in the demo the game is hard. I haven't completed the demo, but I feel i've played enough to know its not something i'll buy. Yes the gameplay is solid, but its not quite my kinda game. Some frustrating games can be fun, but I got bored on some levels trying and trying again.
Did you manage to play more games than I have over the week, or do you have any comments on my experiences or questions about the games i've played? If you do, feel free to add them in the comments section.
