Nintendo Announce They Are Distributing Temco Keoi's Dead Or Alive Dimensions In The UK And EU


Nintendo have announced they are bringing Temco Koei's Nintendo 3DS Game, Dead Or Alive Dimensions, to the UK and EU. Dead Or Alive Dimensions is set to come out in May. Under the agreement, Temco Koei will remain as the games publisher whilst Nintendo will be responsible for the sales, marketing and distribution of the game throughout European territories.

The brand new Nintendo 3DS, which allows 3D gaming without the need for special glasses will become available across Europe on 25th March 2011 with DEAD OR ALIVE® Dimensions arriving in May 2011 as part of the launch period line up of games. Under the terms of the agreement Nintendo will be responsible for the sales, marketing and distribution of the game throughout European territories, with TECMO KOEI remaining as publisher.

This is the first time ever an instalment to the world-famous fighting game franchise, DEAD OR ALIVE has been made for a Nintendo platform. With the Nintendo 3DS bristling with new interactive features which will enhance gameplay, this newest instalment is tipped to be one of the most dynamic ever.

Containing 25 playable characters, you will be able to use the StreetPass TM feature to fight with AI controlled fighters. Make enough use of this function and you will be able to unlock prize character figurines as rewards.

The fast paced and stylish gameplay which fans of the DEAD OR ALIVE series have been accustomed to, has been developed so players can intuitively perform complex fighting combinations utilising the Touch Screen to create an exhilarating new DEAD OR ALIVE experience – all of which performed within a fully 3D rendered environment.

Capcom Have Released New In-Game Screenshots For Street Fighter IV 3D Edition

Capcom have released new in-game screenshots for Street Fighter IV 3D Edition. these screens show many characters, with some in their alternative costumes, and the battle trophy mode.

Nintendo Detail Nintendo 3DS Update 1.1.0-1 And Reveal USA Bonus 3D Music Video

Nintendo have announced firmware update 1.1.0-1. the update is set to come out in the USA on 27th March. no UK release date for the update has been announced, but the USA update is the same day as the 3DS Comes out so i estimate the UK update will be out on Friday 25th March. To get the update, you need to follow these steps:

1. Open the System Settings from the HOME Menu.
2. Select OTHER SETTINGS.
3. Scroll to the right and select SYSTEM UPDATE.

Update 1.1.0-1 brings:

Nintendo USA have announced the Bonus 3D video that comes with the update is "White Knuckles" by OK Go. Its not been revealed who is coming for UK gamers. For those without a 3DS, or if you haven't seen the unique video for "White Knuckles" i have included it below.

The new nintendogs™ + cats game won't contain the only furry animals running around the Nintendo 3DS™ system when it launches on March 27. Users who perform a system update will get access to a 3D version of the "White Knuckles" music video by OK Go. The single-take video, which features a bevy of adorable rescue dogs (and one goat), has been viewed more than 9.3 million times on YouTube. OK Go is known for its creative, one-of-a-kind videos, and the glasses-free 3D technology of Nintendo 3DS creates an entirely new experience by introducing a new dimension to the dogs and band members.

"We shot the 'White Knuckles' video in 2D and 3D at the same time, but until now, there hasn't been much opportunity for people to see the 3D version," said Trish Sie, the video's Grammy-winning director. "I'm fired up for people to watch the video again with Nintendo 3DS and experience it in a whole new way. This opens up all kinds of creative opportunities."

The recommended system update, which is now available, also enhances the communication features of the Nintendo 3DS system. To perform the update, users simply start the "System Settings" from the Home Menu, select "Other Settings" and scroll the page right to select "System Update."

Codemasters Announce F1 2011 Is Coming Out On 23rd September On PS3, 360, PC, PSP2, And 3DS

Codemasters have announced F1 2011. the game is set to come out on 23rd September on the PS3, Xbox 360, PC, PSP2, and Nintendo 3DS. Codemasters say both the 3DS and PSP2 versions will take advantage of each platforms unique abilities and more information will be revealed on them later.

F1 2011 expands on F1 2010 with wide-ranging technical and gameplay advancements on and off track and vastly extended competitive and co-operative multiplayer components. the game features the teams, drivers, and circuits from the upcoming 2011 F1 Championship.

Capcom Announce They Are Bringing Resident Evil 4 And Resident Evil Code Veronica X To HD Consoles


Capcom have announced that in celebration of the 15th Anniversary of Resident Evil, they will be brining both Resident Evil 4 And Resident Evil Code: Veronica X to the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360. both games are coming out this fall and will be enhanced by HD Visuals. Also coming to celebrate the 15th Anniversary will be new apparel and merchandise. 

It appears that both titles are currently download only and will come out separately. but this doesn't mean that it will never come out at retail as we've seen with the Prince Of Persia HD Trilogy on PS3 that the EU got a retail and Digital version whilst the USA only got a Digital Version.

Capcom have released some new screenshots for Resident Evil 4 HD. each picture is split in half, with the original visuals and new visuals being compared.

In Resident Evil Code: Veronica X, the year is 1998, three months since the total destruction of Raccoon City and Claire Redfield is still in search of her missing brother Chris. Then an inexplicable air raid hits the island, and though this frees Claire, it also accidentally releases t-virus samples and B.O.W.s, which thrust Claire back into the world of survival horror once again.
