What Have You Played This Week?
Not too much played this week. There generally was a lot of news to deal with meaning I only played a little here and there.
Football Manager 10 – PC – Still playing through with FC Bayern. Not too far as yet but enjoying it.
Super Paper Mario – Wii – I managed to complete the game...after just under 18 hours. This is a great Wii game with some interesting gameplay mechanics, good graphics, and a good story. But it does feel too long towards the end. The difficulty never gets too bad but there are a coulple of occasions where the distance between save points is big or there is a large amount of enemies. A tip would be to have many health items for the last level. You get a health boost before each boss, but its most likely a health boost will be needed during the final boss.
Star Trek Online - Beta– PC – As a beta the game has had numerous server issues which have been very annoying. The latest update has been welcomed though, its added numerous graphicall changes which have made the game look much more complete. I'm still in my first ship but working my way up the ranks. The real question is, is this the Star Trek MMO people want, I think the game shows off a good aspect of Star Trek and as a Star Trek fan i'm happy to play this game. But a game like Mass Effect with Demons Soul online aspects would be a welcomed addition.
Fl0w – PS3 – I set about getting some of the trophies for the game. It still is enjoyable, relaxing, and something i'd recommend to people. The only difficulty would be trying to get the trophies as its not always obvious how to get them.
Fat Princess – PS3 – I downloaded the newest patch which added the new map. Unfortunately, i've yet to play that map. The games have all been full and fun and i've enjoyed going back spending some time with the game.
What have you been playing this week? feel free to add your weeks gaming selection in the comments, or comment on my selection for this week
