Sucker Punch have announced gamers can create their own missions in inFamous 2 and play levels from other players. in the game, you will walk through the world and circles with symbols on them will appear. when you walk to one of these, you see the PSN tag of the mission creator, plus extra information like the mission’s current rating. Missions regularly played will get promoted by Sucker Punch into a "Featured Missions" list. Sucker Punch have released this video showing some of the many missions you can create and how it looks like in the world.

The in-game video shows Cole using various electrical powers to kill enemies before moving onto a fight with a monster.

Sony have released a new gameplay trailer for inFamous 2. this gameplay video starts off with Cole fighting some enemies with huge claws, using both electric attacks and a melee weapon. then Cole chases after a limo, traversing over electric wires, up pipes and more before jumping on the limo. then Cole has to run away from a helicopter before he gets knocked down and unleashed a huge electric attack. the gameplay does appear to be in-game, minus a HUD.
