Disney Announce Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two For The PS3, Xbox 360, And Wii

Disney have announced a sequel to Disney Epic Mickey for the PS3, Xbox 360, and Wii. Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two is being developed at Junction Point with Warren Spector. Now, Oswald the Lucky Rabbit and Mickey Mouse team up as they explore Wasteland. Mickey has his paint and thinner whilst Oswald can command electricity.

Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two is also a musical, where at various points the game will progress through song. players choices in the game will affect the instruments used in these songs, letting players conduct their musicals. Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two will feature fully voiced characters.

Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two will make use of the Playstation Move, though there is no mention of support for Xbox 360 Kinect. the game can also be played in co-op, with one player controlling Mickey and the other Oswald.

Nintendo Reveal USA Console Sales And Software Landmarks For February

Nintendo have revealed USA console sales for February. in all 625,000 hardware units were sold, the breakdown is, including a percentage increase over January sales:

Nintendo 3DS: 262,000, a 53 percent increase

Wii: 228,000, a 50 percent increase

Nintendo DS: 135,000, a 76 percent increase

Total: 625,000, a 57 percent increase

Nintendo have also announced Super Mario Galaxy 2 has become the ninth Wii game to sell more than 5 Million units. The Nintendo Wii console has now sold over 39 Million units in the USA over 64 Months. Super Mario 3D Land and Mario Kart 7 on the 3DS each sold over 100,000 Units and Pokemon Black and White on the Nintendo DS have sold a combined 4 Million units in the USA.

Nintendo have announced Hulu Plus is out now on the Wii. the free app can be downloaded from the WiiWare store and users can subscribe to Hulu Plus for $7.99. Users who download the app within the first month of launch and who don't already have a Hulu Plus account will get a free 2 week trial of the service. Nintendo have announced Pandora's Tower is set to come out across Europe on the Wii from 13th April. The press release best describes the games' story:

"In Pandora’s Tower you take on the role of Aeron, a soldier, as he battles to save his beloved friend Elena from a mysterious curse that is gradually transforming her into a demonic creature. Only by battling through the towers of a nearby fortress can Aeron save her from her gruesome fate. Using his sword and the magical Oraclos Chain, Aeron must defeat the creatures that lurk there and harvest their meat to feed to Elena. Only by eating all of the “master flesh”, harvested from the largest monsters within each tower, will Elena be fully cured of the curse and free from its monstrous grip."

"By returning to Elena to feed her meat from the smaller monsters, you can slow down the transformation - but only temporarily. You will need to carefully judge when it is best to return to her, as not coming back in time could lead to Elena’s permanent transformation into a demonic beast."

The game has multiple endings and even a New Game+ Mode, but this dosen't mean the game will get easier. as you get to know more about her, if may actually make your quest even more difficult.
