Sony and Comcept have released a launch trailer for Soul Sacrifice. this trailer is a mix of live action and in-game action. The PS Vita exclusive Soul Sacrifice comes out this week across the EU and USA.

Sony Have Released A New Soul Sacrifice Trailer Showing Pre-Order Bonuses In Action

Sony have released a new trailer for Soul Sacrifice. this video shows the various pre-order bonuses for this PS Vita game in action. the bonuses include 2 character costumes, Japanese Voice Over and 3 magic items. Sony have also confirmed that the multiplayer in the demo will be turned off when the game comes out. your save files from the demo will be carried over into the real game and it will unlock the magical Offering which is exclusive for those who play the demo.

Sony Have Revealed The EU Reversible Boxart For Soul Sacrifice, Confirm EU Demo

Sony have revealed the EU boxart for Soul Sacrifice. they say the aim was to create a "...a piece of artwork that demonstrates the element of sacrifice in a clear and sophisticated way". However, on the other side will be the more colourful artwork from the Japanese version of the game, pictured below.

Sony also confirmed there will be a EU Demo for Soul Sacrifice before the game is released on 1st May, but no specific details about that demo have been revealed.

Sony Announce The UK And USA Release Date For Soul Sacrifice, Reveal Boxart And Pre-Order Incentives

Sony, Marvelous AQL and Comcept have announced the USA and UK release date for the PS Vita game Soul Sacrifice. the USA will get the game first on 1st April and the UK gets it the following day on 1st May. the game will be released at retail and via the PSN.

Sony have revealed the Boxart for the game, but not revealed the amount of memory the game requires.

Sony have also revealed pre-order incentives for the game that will be not be released as DLC for the game. the incentives include 2 costumes, one each for the playable characters and the following 3 items:

• Spirits’ Flamepike – Shards of the spear provided by Fire spirits, unleashing a five hit combo attack with heat effects
• Spirits’ Blightstone – Explosive stones with poison effects provided by the spirits
• Spirits’ Fulgurwood – Root provided by the Thunder spirits. Tracks enemies on the ground and attacks with thunder spell

Another Pre-Order incentive that will be available as DLC once the game is released will be the Japanese Audio track for the game.

Sony Have Released A Tokyo Game Show Trailer For Soul Sacrifice

Sony have released a new trailer for Soul Sacrifice. this trailer introduces co-op gameplay, either as a member of 4 player co-op multiplayer or with 3 AI characters,  and shows in-game action from this Keji Inafune and MarvelousAQL. it's also been revealed that when a team-mate dies in the game you have the option to either revive them or sacrifice them for a power-up.

Sony have released new artwork, a trailer and revealed some game information for Soul Sacrifice. the game information is from the trailers youtube page and reads...
"Prepare yourself for a brutal combat experience where every decision made will have consequential results. Take on the role of a slave who stumbles upon a forbidden book that allows its readers to relive epic battles between sorcerers and monsters of the past. In order to use the magic during fierce battles, the player must be willing to make a sacrifice in exchange -- ranging from personal belongings, a limb, or even a life."

Sony Have Announced Soul Sacrifice On The PS Vita Will Come To The West, Have Released New Keji Inafune Interview

Sony have announced Soul Sacrifice will come out across the USA and EU. Sony have also released a Keji Inafune interview. in the video Keji talks about his vision for Soul Sacrifice and his ideas behind the Sacrifice mechanic. the video also shows some in-game action, showing how you can sacrifice others in the game for your own benefit. the video also shows the Excalibur sacrifice, where you take out your own spine for a big attack, but at a great pain cost to the main character.

Sony Have Released New Screenshots For Soul Sacrifice, Keji Inafune's Upcoming PS Vita Game

Sony have released new screenshots for the upcoming PS Vita game from Keji Inafune Soul Sacrifice. Soul Sacrifice is set to come out in Japan in Q4 2012 or Q1 2013. the main idea about the game is that to pull of devastating attacks, you need to sacrifice parts of your body. your body will be permanently marked by these sacrifices and ultimately it's not a unlimited resource.
