Capcom have announced the Resident Evil 6 soundtrack is out now digitally. you can download the album from iTunes and Sumthing Else or you can wait for it to appear on Amazon. there was a mix of internal Capcom composers and others working on the soundtrack, they include Kota Suzuki, Akihiko Narita, Akiyuki Morimoto, Thomas Parisch, Laurent Zilani, Daniel Lindholm and Sebastian Schwartz.
Capcom have released a new gameplay video for Resident Evil 6. this video is for the PC version of the game and it shows the Left 4 Dead 2 characters you can play as in the Mercenaries mode as well as the Left 4 Dead 2 enemies.
Capcom and Valve have revealed Resident Evil 6 x Left 4 Dead 2 Project. this cross over project will see characters and enemies from each game appearing in the other. this is exclusive to the PC version of Resident Evil 6 and Left 4 Dead 2. this free cross over means fans can fight against the Lepotitsa, Napad and Ogroman in Left 4 Dead 2 and play as Coach, Nick Ellis and Rochelle in Resident Evil 6 in the Mercenaries mode, and fight against the Witch and Mini Tank also.
Resident Evil 6 players will get access to this free content from 5th April whilst Left 4 Dead Players should get the content this spring/
Capcom have released 2 new gameplay videos for the PC version of Resident Evil 6. the first video shows action from the Campus, Stilt Housing Area and Water Channel parts of the game. the second video shows action from the Mercenaries Mode. this PC version is set to come out on 22nd March.

Capcom have announced Resident Evil 6 comes to PC on 22nd March. the game will be download only in the USA whilst the EU will get the game via download or at retail. the PC version will contain all the console content, including game updates.

Capcom have also detailed the new game update. this free update has come out before the upcoming DLC and it brings the following to the game:
-Unlocks Ada's campaign
from the start (don't have to finish the others for access)

functionality; zoom in and out to your liking
-Unlocks "No Hope"

Capcom have released a new trailer for Resident Evil 6. this is mostly a cinematic trailer showing each of the characters in action and the dangers they're going to face.
Capcom have announced they are opening an online store for Europe. initially the store will only be stocking Resident Evil 6 Stock. from the Store, there is a choice of 3 special editions, there is a Tablet case edition that comes with the game, a tablet case, 3 DLC Maps and Stickers for £54.99/€69.99; a T-Shirt edition that comes with the game, Stickers, 3 DLC Stages and a Tablet case for £79.99/€89.99; and the Leather Jacket Edition that comes with the game, a leather jacket, 4 tablet cases, 3 DLC maps, and Resident Evil stickers for £899/€999.
Capcom have announced a new demo for Resident Evil 6 is coming to the PS3 and Xbox on 18th September. this demo is open to everyone, not just those who bought Dragon's Dogma. there are 3 parts to the demo, a section with Leon and Helena, a section with Chris and Piers and a section with Jake and Sherry.
Capcom have announced Resident Evil.Net. this online hub is designed for Resident Evil 6 multiplayer on the PS3 and Xbox 360. this free service provides more than just stat tracking. the website lets you track what your friends are doing in multiplayer and if they have beaten any of your scores. the site also acts as a community, offering challenges and rewards to earn points which can be used to unlock costumes in game and more.
Capcom have released a new Resident Evil 6 trailer. this video focuses on Jake and shows action from the "Snow-Covered Mountain". this video as Jake trying to fight off an onslaught against the cabin he's taking shelter in.
Capcom have revealed more details regarding Resident Evil 6. first up, one you have cleared the 3 main story campaigns, Chris Leon and Jake, you unlock a 4th staring Ada Wong. Capcom have revealed a new multiplayer mode for the game. the Agent Hunt multiplayer mode lets you play as the enemy zombies and attack the main player. this is an optional mode, but if you turn it on you can join in another persons campaign as a zombie and try to take them out.
Capcom have released 3 new gameplay videos for Resident Evil 6. the first video features Leon Kennedy making his way underground. the second video features Chris Redfield and a counter bioterrorism team being attacked by unknown enemies. the third and final video has Jake Muller and a team mate taking on Ustanak, a giant monster who can attach different weapons to his arm.

Capcom have also announced that all games bought at retail will come with a code for a Resident Evil 6 Demo. the Resident Evil 6 Demo is set to come out on 3rd July on Xbox 360 and September 4th (across the USA and Japan) September 5th (Across The EU) on the PS3.
Capcom have released a new trailer for Resident Evil 6. this video first starts with an intro from the developers of the game, who reveal that this is the biggest Resident Evil title they have worked on with over 600 staff. the trailer then begins and shows some footage already released. before it ends it shows in-game action from China.
