Atlus Announce The Demon's Souls Servers Will Not Shut Down On 31st May And Will Continue To Operate


Atlus have announced that the servers for Demon's Souls will now not be turned off on the 31st May. instead the servers will stay online for the foreseeable future. Atlus haven't detailed why they changed their minds other than saying "...a number of developments have made it possible for us to continue to invest in and support our fans as they have continued to invest in and support us and Demon's Souls. " It appears that whilst enough people are playing the game, the servers will stay online.

Atlus Announce The N.American Demon's Souls Servers Will Be Shut Down At The End Of 31st May


 Atlus have announced they are shutting down the USA Demon's Souls servers at the end of 31st May. the online tendency will be changed twice before the online is shut down. at present, there is no word from Namco Bandai on when they will be shutting down the EU servers for the game. the game is playable without online interactions.

Atlus Announce Demon's Souls Will Shift To Pure White Over Christmas Until 2nd January


Atlus have announced Demon's Souls world of Boletaria will shift to a Pure White World Tendency over Christmas and until 2nd January. a Pure White World will lower the games difficulty, making it easier to get to inaccessible areas and items.

Sony have announced 7 PS3 titles have joined their Greatest Hits range and are out now in the USA for $29.99. the addition of these 7 titles means there are now over 40 games in the USA PS3 Greatest Hits Range. The 7 games joining the Greatest Hits Range are:

Atlus Announce Demon's Souls Is Coming To The PS3 Greatest Hits Range


Atlus have announced that from today, Demon's Souls has joined the PS3 Greatest Hits range in the USA and will now be available for $29.99. Atlus warns collectors that if they want the game in its original packaging then they better get it soon before supplies run out.

Atlus Announce Demon's Souls Servers Will Continue To Be Online Until At Least March 2011


Atlus have announced that they'll continue to keep the online servers for Demon's Souls online to at least March 2011. Atlus have also announced that the games tendency will be shifted to Pure White for the next couple of weeks in celebration of this announcement.

To celebrate the announcement, the game server's World Tendency, a variable that can make the game more or less difficult and unlock secrets depending on its setting, will be shifted to Pure White for a couple weeks, making the notoriously challenging game slightly easier for newcomers while also allowing long-time veterans to reach otherwise inaccessible areas and items.

Namco Bandai Have Released A New Trailer For Demon's Souls

Namco Bandai have released a new trailer for Demon's Souls. this trailer is a Launch Trailer for the game as its about to come out in the UK. The trailer uses in-game footage to show many of the areas and bosses in the game, beyond the traditional giant knight thats usually shown.

Namco Bandai have released new screenshots for the upcoming UK Release of Demon's Souls. These are in-game screenshots from what i think is the first couple of levels in the game. they show the main character fighting a range of enemies in different ways.
