Techland and Deep Silver have announced they are bringing the Dead Island Riptide Steelbook Edition is coming to the UK. this edition was already coming to the USA and Canada and now this edition will be coming to Amazon and GAME in the UK. this is a limited edition.

Hampshire, UK - 2 November 2012/... Due to consumer demand, Deep Silver confirmed today that the special Steelbook edition of Dead Island Riptide previously only announced for the US will be issued as a pre-order bonus in the UK as well.

Strictly while supplies last, anyone who places a pre-order, or who has already pre-ordered at Amazon or GAME in the UK, will receive the awesome Dead Island Riptide Steelbook once your order ships.

There will only be a limited amount of Steelbooks available, so get them while you can!

Already one of the most anticipated titles of 2013, fans will finally be able to take on the zombie hordes once again when Dead Island Riptide is released on April 23, 2013 in the USA and Canada, and on April 26, 2013 in the rest of the world.

Now available for pre-order are two different editions of Dead Island Riptide:
·       Pre-order Edition: This version of Dead Island Riptide will include an exclusive pack of weapon mods that allows even more, manifold ways to dispose of the ghastly zombie hordes on Palanai island.
·       Special Retailers Edition: In addition to the weapon mods this version will contain an alternate character skin not obtainable anywhere else! The Special Edition of Dead Island Riptide will only be available at selected retail partners. Details about the retail partners per territory offering the Special Edition will be announced soon. The Special Retailers Edition will also feature an alternative packshot.

Dead Island Riptide will be released on April 23, 2013 in the USA and Canada and on April 26, 2013 in the rest of the world for the PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system, for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft and for Windows PC.
