Customer Support Letter

Dear customer,

If you save your game in "Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D" during the battle with Ocelot while the Circle Pad Pro control mode is active, your save game may become corrupted and possibly won´t load next time you wish to resume the game.

If you foresee that you will be saving during the battle with Ocelot, please always make sure to deactivate the Circle Pad Pro control mode before saving as otherwise it might be impossible to continue the game. In case above situation already occurred, you can delete the corrupted save data and start the game from the beginning.  However, we are currently preparing a patch that will resolve this issue and if you are willing to wait for this patch, you will be able to once again use your original save data after having applied the patch.  We will make an announcement as soon as the patch is available.

We apologise for any experienced inconvenience, and thank you in advance for your continued patience and understanding.

Kind regards,

Your Customer Support Team
