Sony and Skype have announced a Skype app for the PS Vita comes out today on the USA PSN and tomorrow on the EU PSN. this app is free to download. Skype calling will be available over both Wifi and 3G models. When you load up Skype, you can leave it running in the background whilst playing a game. when you get a call a message will appear, by pressing the Playstation Button you will have the option to pick up the call or not.
