Sega Announce They Have Acquired Three Rings Design, Developers Of Spiral Knights


Sega announce they have acquired Three Rings Design, the developers behind the free to play MMO Spiral Knights. Three Rings will become an important part of Sega's growth into online gaming. they will continue to focus on Spiral Knights and their upcoming MMO based on Doctor Who.


“We knew from the first time we saw Spiral Knights that the team at Three Rings was not simply talented but truly unique, and the close bond we have formed with them over the past year has only solidified that impression,” said Haruki Satomi, Senior Vice President of Digital Business for SEGA of America. “We are proud to welcome them as the newest member of the SEGA family, and look forward to seeing what great things we can create together over the coming years.”

NIS America Announce Atelier Meruru: The Apprentice Of Arland Comes To The West In Spring 2012 ON PS3



NIS America have announced they are bringing Gust Incorporated's PS3 game, Atelier Meruru: The Apprentice Of Arland, to the west in Spring 2012. The game will come out across Europe and the USA. the game follows the story of a princess called Meruru. she has become entranced by Alchemy and vows to become Totori Helmolds Apprentice. she wants to develop her Kingdom of Arls using Alchemy. on her journey she discovers life outside the castle walls, makes friends, and learns skills to make Arls better.

Atelier Meruru: The Apprentice Of Arland features returning characters from Atelier Rorona and Atelier Totori. Other features in the game include the game world appearance changing as you develop new areas and facilities in Arls. the battles are turn based and feature a Time Card system. there is also a item synthesis system.

Sony have released a new video for Medieval Moves: Deadmund's Quest. this video is a walkthrough of the Playstation Move controls, using in-game action to show them happening. the video reveals how you don't need to go into menus to changes weapons as they change depending on the motion you do, so for bow and arrow you reach behind you, to get health you make a drink motion.
