EA Have Released A New Video For Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit

EA have released a new video for Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit. In this video, Matt Webster from Criterion talks through the Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit AutoLog. He uses in-game examples to help show off many aspects of the AutoLog, including the Wall where you can post pictures and comment/chat with friends and even post gameplay performances that your friends can click on and try to beat. other parts of AutoLog include that it is always seeing what your friends are doing in the game and telling you if your friends have beaten your score. AutoLog also has a recommendation section where it creates challenges based on what your friends are doing.




Sony Announce A Discless Netflix App Is Coming To The PS3 From 18th October [Update]

Sony have announced that a Netflix App that won't require the Netflix App Disc is coming from 18th October. The User Interface has been completely revamped, and support for 1080p and Dolby 5.1 channel surround sound has been added. Sony have released a video showing the App being used and its new features.

LONDON - 13 October 2010 – Harmonix, the world’s premier music video game developer, and MTV Games, a part of Viacom’s MTV Networks (NYSE: VIA, VIA.B), along with distribution partner Microsoft, today released the full list of songs and artists featured on the Dance CentralTM on-disc soundtrack. Completely free from any controller, every routine features fun choreography and authentic routines for beginners and experts alike of all ages to master. The game also features a killer soundtrack that spans a great sampling of pop, funk, hip-hop, Latin and R&B artists, including Cascada, Kool & The Gang, Kylie Minogue, No Doubt, Salt-N-Pepa, Nelly Furtado, Christina Milian and more.

Dance Central, exclusive for KinectTM for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, will be available Nov. 10, 2010 in the UK.

Whether rehearsing in Break It Down or owning the dance floor in Perform It!, players will be introduced to more than 600 moves in the game and more than 90 dance routines created by professional choreographers. In addition, players can earn achievements, unlock new character outfits and venues and progress through the dance ranks. In Dance Battle, players can challenge friends to an epic living room showdown.

Developed by Harmonix, the world’s premiere music videogame developer, published by MTV Games and distributed by Microsoft, Dance Central will be available from Nov. 10 in the UK, exclusively for Kinect for Xbox 360 (UK ERP: £39.99).

Sony have announced the Surround Sound System, designed for the PS3, is set to come out next week in the USA and Canada. the Surround Sound System features a built in Subwoofer and Sony’s S-Force PRO. you connect the PS3 to the System with a optical digital cable. Sony have released a video featuring members of the team behind the device talking about why its so good and how it can enhance your gaming experience.
