EA Announce A Call To Arms Reenlistment Campaign For Warhammer Online


EA has announced that from December 16th-December 23rd, they are inviting all past subscribers to Warhammer Online: Age Of Reckoning back to the game with the incentive of a special in-game item, Rewards, and 10 free days of game time to play Warhammer Online.

All players need to do is visit the Mythic Account Center between December 16th -23rd and reactivate their account. the day their account is activated is the first of the 10 days. all the users characters will be available to play. Those who do will receive The Libram Of Insight, The Signet Of Cursed Company, Kemmler's Arthritic Hand, and a 20% bonus to Experience, Renown, and Influence.

EA say that that game is much more stable, that it runs faster, and they have improved the RvR experience, amongst other things. other things have been removed like the Fortress, and new things like a Underdog system have been added to the game.

EA Announce That Battlefield Heroes Now Has Over 3 Million Registered Players

EA Have announced that their free to play third person shooter now has over 3 Million registered Players. to celebrate this, EA has released a new map called Sunset Showdown.

Sunset Showdown features 1 central control point, a hilltop church. the sunny side of the island will have tanks, whilst the shady side will feature jeeps and infantry. EA Has released screenshots of this new map which can be seen below.

Activision Reveal Details On Transformers War For Cybertron


Following the reveal of Transformers War For Cybertron at this years Video Game Awards, Activision have released some details for the game. Activision have confirmed that there will be Wii, DS, Playstation 3, Xbox 360, And PC versions of the game.

Activision have also revealed that there will be Single Player, Online Co-Op, and head to head Multiplayer. the game will have two distinct story lines, the Autobot campaign will have them saving their planet against overwhelming odds, whilst the Decepticon campaign tells a story of a thirst for power and control of the universe.

This move by Activision and Hasbro, to tell a story before the Transformers came to earth, has given them the chance to create something that can be expanded in the future beyond just this game.

Sony Announce The Digital Comic Service Will Start to Go Live At 5pm GMT Today


Sony have announced that The Digital Comic Service will go live in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa today at 5pm GMT. The Comic store will go live in the Playstation Store.

The Playstation Comic Twitter account have revealed the time when the USA Store will go live. "psncomics The US comic store should be live at noon west coast time (8pm GMT)"

However, The Ireland Store will not go live today "@psncomics I'm afraid some last minute technical issues will mean that the Irish store will not be live today :-( It will be asap. Sorry guys."
