EverQuest II Update, The Shards of Destiny, Is Live Now


Sony Online Entertainment have released a trailer and screenshots for the newest expansion for Everquest II. the trailer talks about the history behind the expansion, whilst the screenshots show many of the characters and locations that have been added with this expansion.
As well as introducing this new story, the expansion also brings Chronomagic to the game. Chronomagic can be used to down-tier you level so you can experience content that you may have missed whilst you were levelling up. an achievement system has also been added to the game as well as all people with houses will receive a new room.

WHAT: EverQuest® II’s game update, The Shards of Destiny is live now and brings sorrow and anger to the world of Norrath as there has been a mysterious disappearance of the famed Erollisi Marr, the goddess of love. Her absence has cast a dark cloud over Norrath and it is up to the players to travel to the Shard of Love and defeat the creatures they encounter to determine the fate of Erollisi Marr. In addition to the new storyline, players can also enjoy new features such as Chronomagic, housing additions and the all new achievement system.

UPDATE FEATURES:
• Chronomagic: Down-tier your level to experience content you may have previously missed while you were leveling up
• Enter the Shard of Love: For the first time ever, players will be able to explore the home of Erollisi Marr
• All new 4x Dungeon: Test your skills in Miragul's Planar Shard
• Achievement System: Track and share your accomplishments with other players
• Housing Addition: All houses will receive a new room where you can use your creativity and expand your collections

New Screenshots For Snoopy Flying Aces On The Xbox Live Arcade

Microsoft has released new screenshots for their upcoming Xbox Live Arcade game for the Xbox 360, Snoopy Flying Aces. the screenshots all are ingame, with the majority of them showing Air Combat in a few different levels, in a few different aeroplanes. the screenshots also show that you can play the game with bots.

Microsoft has released new screenshots for their upcoming free to pay Xbox Live Arcade game, joyride. the screenshots appear not to be in game action, but do show a level or two in the game, the general art style of the game, and how the Avatars look in the cars in the game.

Sony Has Announced PSPgo Rewards. It Rewards PSPgo Upgraders a Voucher For 3 Free Games


Sony has announced a PSPgo Rewards program for players who already have PSP UMD Games and a PSN Account. Sony is offering all those whit a PSP UMD a voucher, from which they can download 3 PSP games, from a list of 17. for this to work, you do need to keep your exisiting PSP and at least 1 UMD Game. the promotion will be active From October 1st 2009 until 31st March 2010. all you will need to do is follow the simple steps:

1. Unwrap your shiny new PSPgo and start it up

2. Connect to PlayStation®Network and activate your new or existing PlayStation Network account for PSPgo Rewards

3. Start up your current PSP and connect to PlayStation Network

Sony Announces New 250 GB Playstation 3 Slim Bundles

Sony has announced that they will be releasing 250 GB PS3 Slim Bundles. The Bundles will be for FIFA 10 and Need For Speed Shift. the bundles will be available throughout October.

Eurogamer.com also say that "Sony has finally announced the UK-specific 250GB PS3 bundles, which will cost £284.99 and be available from 1st October.
The first packs offer a choice of two Platinum Hits or a copy of inFamous. From 16th October, the range will expand to incorporate Uncharted 2 as an accompaniment.
Finally, on 19th October, Sony will launch a Blu-ray film pack containing X-Men Origins: Wolverine, The Dark Knight and a Blu-ray remote."
