Nintendo have announced Pokémon Black 2 and Pokémon White 2 owners can now get Dexoys in their games via a character distribution event. this event is running now. To participate in the Deoxys character
distribution event beginning May 8 via the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection
service, players will need:
Wireless broadband Internet access
A Nintendo DS, Nintendo DSi,
Nintendo DSi XL, Nintendo 3DS, or Nintendo 3DS XL system
A copy of the Pokémon Black
2 or Pokémon White 2 game
No more than 11 Wonder Cards in
their possession
Nintendo have also announced Pokémon The Card Game players can also get Deoxys as a Deoxys-EX Card in the new Freeze Expansion packs which are out now. Players who pick up Black &
White — Plasma Freeze can look forward to a host of other
features, including:
Team Plasma cards—A unique blue
border and Team Plasma shield adorn each Team Plasma card.
Six new Pokémon-EX cards and
six full-art Pokémon-EX rare Ultra cards—New
Pokémon-EX cards include Deoxys-EX, Thundurus-EX, Latios-EX,
and Latias-EX.
Two new ACE
SPEC cards—Incredibly powerful Trainer cards. Only one ACE
SPECcard is allowed in each player’s deck.
