Terminal Reality And Activision Announce The Walking Dead: Video Game, Coming 2013 To PS3, Xbox 360 And PC
Activision and Terminal Reality have announced The Walking Dead: The Video Game. this is based on the TV Series and tells the story of the Dixons and how they survived to join up with the survivors. The Walking Dead: The Video Game is a first person shooter with a hint of resource management. The Walkers in the game have been designed around those from the show, they react to sound and move towards it, like gun fire.this means, in a game situation, it maybe easier to sneak around a situation than shooting your way out as it could mean more walkers appear. Walkers can also detect those alive from smell, the longer you stand still looking at shelves the greater the chance of being discovered.
The Walking Dead: The Video Game is set to come out across the PS3, PC, and Xbox 360 in 2013.

Namco Bandai Announce They Are Bringing The PS3 Exclusive Tales Of Xillia Out Across The West In 2013
Namco Bandai have announced they are bringing to the West the PS3 Exclusive Tales Of Xillia. the game had previously only been released in Japan, but now the game will be released across Europe and Australasia in 2013, and i presume the USA as well. Namco Bandai say the reaction of fans to other Tales titles like Tales Of Graces f and Tales Of The Abyss made it a easy decision to localise Tales Of Xillia. i found a trailer relevant to the game, but i don't know enough Japanese to say what part of the game it shows, but The press release best describes the game.
Press Release
"Tales of Xillia follows
Jude Mathis, a clever medical student attending school in the capital
city, and Milla Maxwell, a mysterious woman accompanied by four
unseen beings. Players will be able to choose either Milla or Jude at
the outset of their adventure through the world of Rieze Maxia, where
humans and spirits live together in harmony. The kingdom of
Rashugal has been experimenting with a powerful device that has been
draining the mana from the world. Realizing the harm it is
inflicting on the world, Milla and Jude set off on a journey to
destroy it and restore the mana back to the world. Over
the course of the game their lives will intersect with a vast
ensemble of characters that will teach them the meaning of life, and
what it truly means to live for oneself.
Players will engage enemies with the critically acclaimed Linear Motion Battle System that the Tales of series is famous for. The system allows for real-time movement and attacks, giving the player a more tactile role in the midst of fights. The battle system in Tales of Xillia has been upgraded to let two characters combine their attacks to utilize devastating dual-character attack, letting fans strategize the best party setup for their style of play."
