Halfbrick and ToyFoundry announce a partnership for an online Fruit Ninja Toy Store. the first items available are plushies, either the watermelon, pictured above, or the Sensei, pictured below. the watermelon costs $14.99 and the Sensei costs $15.99, or you can buy both for $29.99. more merchandise will become available in 2012.

Tecmo Koei Announce Dynasty Warriors Next Is A Launch Title For The EU Release Of The Playstation Vita

Tecmo Koei have announced Dynasty Warriors Next will be Playstation Vita Launch title when the handheld is released on 22nd February. Dynasty Warriors Next uses many of the Playstation Vita's features, this includes using button and touch controls and the 6 axis motion controls. the game will come with 65 characters, as well as the option of you creating your own character in Edit Mode. Dynasty Warriors Next uses the PSV Live Area in Conquest Mode and up to 4 player ad-hoc multiplayer in Coalition Mode. 

Tecmo Koei have also released a couple of new screenshots showing the new controls, with touch screen and back touch.

there was only one major new release this week, Mario Kart 7 coming in at number 8 on the 3DS. Modern Warfare 3 stays at number 1 and FIFA 12 rises from 5 to 2. the other big mover this week was Uncharted 3, moving from 20 to 16.
