Sony Have Released A New Sorcery Behind The Scenes Video On The Creatures And Realms In The Game

Sony have released a new behind the scenes video for Sorcery. this video focuses on the magical realms and creatures in the game. the team talk about their inspirations, they got their inspirations from mythology and what they done to try and make the world fresh and still inspired. the video shows in-game action from several of these creatures and locations and the team explain what they hoped to achieve with several of the enemies in their look, how they played, and how they fit in the world.

Sony Have Released A Behind The Scenes Look For Sorcery Focusing On Music In The Game

Sony have released a new behind the scenes look at Sorcery. this video focuses on the music in the game. the team talk about the Celtic inspired score but also how they got the composer to use other instruments and do something different with the Celtic inspiration.. the video features in-game action with some of the score, showing how the music can let the player know there's danger ahead.

Sony Have Released A New Behind The Scenes Look At The Story And Characters In Sorcery

Sony have released a new behind the scenes look at Sorcery, their upcoming Playstation move game. this video features members of the dev team talking about how they created the story of Sorcery and the characters. they reveal how whilst wanting an evil in the game, they wanted to make it believable so people could sympathise with them, so the evil witch in the game became evil to try and get back her daughter. they also talk about the relationship between the characters and how they wanted them to be different from other magic characters in books/movies.

Giant Sparrow Have Released A New Trailer For The Unfinished Swan On The PS3

Giant Sparrow have released a new trailer for their upcoming PS3 game The Unfinished Swan. not much had been heard about the game for several years, but on the Blog post the team reveal they set up a new studio and have been working with Sony on the game. the trailer appears to show some in-game action and some screenshots near the end. Giant Sparrow finish their blog post by detailing their aims with the game: 

" So we made a game about creating a sense of wonder. Our goal is to give players strange and beautiful experiences they’ve never had before. We want to give people genuine surprises, and then keep on surprising them the whole game. The painting a white world stuff is actually just the first 15 minutes. After that, things get really weird."

Plastic Studios Have Announced Datura Comes Out On The PSN On 9th May

Plastic Studios have announced their upcoming PSN game, Datura, is set to come out across the USA on 8th May and the EU on the 9th May. Plastic describe the game as "a spicy mixture between an old-school adventure and a modern interactive experience." As well as supporting Playstation Move, Plastic Studios have confirmed the game supports stereoscopic 3D.

Q-Games Announce PixelJunk 4AM Comes To The PS3 On 15th May, PS Plus Members Get 4AM Viewer Beta

Q-Games have announced that PixelJunk 4AM comes out on the PS3 PSN on 15th May, the viewer also comes out on the 15th for free. PS Plus members will get a free beta for the 4AM Free Viewer, where some special performances can be watched, and some PS Plus members will get a beta for 4AM.

Q-Games have also confirmed that the game can be used as a visualiser for the PS3. during this mode, you don't need to use Playstation Move controllers. there will be 5 different visualizers from the beginning, with more becoming available as you play the game.

Grip Games Announce Foosball 2012 For The PS3 And PSV. Buy On One Platform, Get Other For Free, And Cross Play



Grip Games have announced Foosball 2012 for both the PS3 and PS Vita. the game supports Cross Platform Play, this includes cross platform multiplayer, cross platform play where you play on one console and pick up where you left off on the other platform. Grip Games have also announced that if you buy the game, you get it for both platforms. this will also apply to future DLC for the game.

Grip Games reveal the game supports both Playstation Move and Dual Shock 3 controls on the PS3. there are American style tables and rules as well as European stuff as well. the world tour single player mode has you playing across 30 different locations. the multiplayer modes supports up to 4 player local and online multiplayer.

Sony And Plastic Studios Have Released A New Developer Interview Video For Datura

Sony and Plastic Studios have released a new developer interview video for their upcoming PSN game, Datura. this video features the games' director Michal Staniszewski talking about the game. gameplay is also shown in this video from various points of the game. Michal talks about what they were trying to achieve with Datura, how he wants people to be in the game and not so much playing a character. he wants people to play through the game in one session, experience it like a movie.

Sega Announce House Of The Dead 4 Comes To The PS3 PSN On 18th April For £6.49/€7.99

Sega have announced House Of The Dead 4 is set to come to the PS3 PSN on 18th April for £6.49/€7.99. From 18th April until 3rd May, Playstation Plus subscribers will have access to a 30% discount on the full game. House Of The Dead 4 supports the Playstation Move controller and Trophies. there is also an exclusive Playstation Home item and an interview with the original creator. House Of The Dead 4 features additional levels from the House Of The Dead 4 Special.

Capcom Announce Resident Evil: Chronicles HD Collection For The PS3, Out June 2012 Only On The PSN



Capcom have announced Resident Evil: Chronicles HD Collection is coming to the PS3 across the EU and USA this June. this collection is a digital download only and features HD versions of both Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles and Resident Evil: Darkside Chronicles. the games will be available separately later in the year.

both games in the Resident Evil: Chronicles HD Collection will feature Playstation Move support, HD Graphics, Co-Op, and Trophies.

Sony Announce Sorcery Is Coming Out In The USA On 22nd May And Across Europe On 23rd May


Sony have revealed the release date for Sorcery. the game comes out in the USA on 22nd May and across europe on the 23rd May. Sorcery is a Playstation Move game where you, a sorcerers apprentice, have to save the mystical realm from the Nightmare Queen. Sony have provided more details about the games' story:

"Finn is in trouble. First, he accidentally blew up his master’s alchemy lab. Then he’s let Erline, his master’s magical cat, talk him into trespassing in the realm of the dead. Now he’s unleashed an ancient universe-destroying evil that won’t stop until everything he cares about is utterly annihilated. It has not been a good day. 
Even though he’s only an apprentice, Finn must find a way to defeat the Nightmare Queen before she destroys the human world. To do this he must plunge deep into the realm of faerie — the Endless Stair, the Faerie Forest, the Slumbering Palace. With Erline travelling at his side he must master powerful and arcane magical spells, and use them to overcome the strange and twisted servants of Nightmare. He must solve challenging puzzles, and decipher the mysteries of alchemy. He must discover the secrets of the Nightmare Queen’s power and undo the damage that she has wrought."

Plastic Studios Announce Datura, An Upcoming Playstation 3 Move Game

Plastic Studios, the developers behind linger In Shadows, have announced a new game for the Playstation 3. Datura has been developed for the Playstation 3 Move Controller. In Datura, you find your self in a mysterious forest and you navigate.

Plastic Studios say you will experience the world visually and empirically, an illusion that you really touch trees, faces and other objects. Datura is a story that you participate in. as you travel you will face choices and have to deal with their consequences...and the wonder if it was the right or wrong choice.

Konami Announce Puddle Comes To The PSN And XBLA On 25th January

Konami have announced Puddle is coming to the PS3 PSN and Xbox 360 XBLA on 25th January. Puddle is an upcoming puzzle game that sees you guiding a puddle across various levels. The Playstation 3 version of the game will support Playstation Move and Sixaxis. Konami have released some new screenshots showing several of these levels, as well as many hazards.

Sega Have Released 2 New Trailers And Screenshots For London 2012

Sega have released 2 new trailers and screenshots for London 2012, the official videogame of the Olympic Games. the first trailer is a general game trailer that shows many of the sports in the game. the second trailer focuses on the main staidum on London 2012.

London 2012 is set to come out on PC, Xbox 360 with support for Kinect, and Playstation 3 with support for Playstation move, in June. there are over 30 events in the game set in their Olympic arenas. there are also several game modes including online and offline multiplayer and a single player Olympic Games mode. the game supports global leaderboards and everytime a player earns a medal online, that medal will be added to a national medal score.

Sega Announce The House of the Dead 3 And The House of the Dead 4 Are Coming To The PSN IN Early 2012

Sega have announced they are bringing The House of the Dead 3 And The House of the Dead 4 exclusively to the PS3 PSN In Early 2012. both titles will have updated HD Graphics, Trophies, and Playstation Move support. The House of the Dead 3 was originally released in 2002 and will be coming out first on 7th February. The House of the Dead 4 was released in 2005 and its Spring 2012 PSN Release will be the first time the game has come out on consoles.

EA Have announced Grand Slam Tennis 2 comes out across most of the world on 10th February and 14th February across the USA. EA Have also revealed the Tennis stars who will be on the cover of the game, the boxart shown is from the Global version of the game.

Sony Have Released A New Gameplay Video For Sorcery Showing Several Attacks

Sony have released a new gameplay video for Sorcery. this video shows your character using several different attacks. the video starts off showing simple attacks before moving on to showing how you can bend attacks. the trailer ends by showing how you can combine attacks, fire and wind to make a fire tornado, or tornado and bolts, or bolts and fire.
