Insomniac Announce The UK/EU Release Dates For Resistance 3 And Detail Bonuses And Special Editions

Insomniac have announced the UK and EU release dates for Resistance 3. The USA release date had previously been confirmed as 6th September, and now they reveal the game is coming out in the UK on 9th September and the rest of the EU on 7th September.

Insomniac have also announced two additional versions of the game. there will be a Special Edition that comes with the original game in a steel book case. the game will also come with a voucher code for all the pre-order items listed below. The disc will be a designed to look like a Vinyl, even with grooves.

The Resistance 3 Survivor Edition comes with all the items in the Special Edition as well as Canvas Satchel, a Chimera Firing Range Target, Toy Soldiers, Joseph Capelli’s Journal, a SRPA hip flask, and SRPA playing cards

Insomniac have detailed the pre-order bonuses for Resistance 3. both the Special and Survivor editions will come will all the pre-order bonuses shown below. Insomniac have detailed which USA Stores get which piece of pre-order bonus. Wall-Mart gets 5 custom name titles.

Other USA retailers will get SRPA Black Ops skins for use in multiplayer.

Amazon will get the No. 60 Air Fuel Grenade.

GameStop will get a necklace with 2 Chimera teeth.

Best Buy will get a Lt. Nathan Hale Infected Multiplayer Skin.

Insomniac have announced the Resistance Dual Pack. This Pack contains Resistance Fall Of Man, Resistance 2, and Resistance 2 DLC. the Resistance Dual Pack comes out on 5th July for $39.99.

The Resistance Dual Pack also comes with an exclusive code for an in-game item for Resistance 3. The Resistance Dual Pack will come with a code for the Capelli SRPA skin, pictured below.

Insomniac Games Announce Michael Bross Is The Composer Behind The Ratchet and Clank: All 4 One Soundtrack

Insomniac Games have announced that Michael Bross is composing the soundtrack to Ratchet and Clank: All 4 One. Michael Bross had previously worked on the soundtracks to Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath and Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. The Ratchet and Clank: All 4 One Soundtrack will have over 4 hours of original music.

Over  four hours of original music will be featured in Ratchet and Clank: All 4 One, with Michael Bross bringing a fresh perspective to the series while respecting the direction the franchise has taken with past titles.

Developed by Insomniac Games and published by Sony Computer Entertainment, Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One will for the first time allow players to experience the Ratchet and Clank universe with up to three friends at once,  teaming up as Ratchet, Clank, Qwark and Dr. Nefarious. The series’ signature humor and cinematic style will be intact as players join forces to escape from and investigate a mysterious machine called the Creature Collector.

Regarding Michael Bross’s involvement with Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One’s soundtrack, Insomniac audio lead Jamie McMenamy notes, “The deeper we get into the development of Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One, the more evident it  becomes that Michael was the perfect choice as the composer for our project. EA Announce They Are Publishing Insomniac Games's New Franchise Is Coming To The Playstation 3 And Xbox 360

EA Have announced that they have entered a publishing agreement with Insomniac Games to bring their new Franchise to the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360. This publishing agreement is being done through the EA Partners program. This new franchise will be the first mutliplatform game released from Insomniac in their 16 year history. No details about the game, what it is or its release date, where released by EA.
