BioWare Have Revealed More Information About The Mass Effect Trilogy, Confirm Full Mass Effect 1 On PS3


BioWare has revealed more information on the Mass Effect Trilogy. they have confirmed you can play through all 3 games with the Shepard you make in Mass Effect. BioWare have also confirmed details on the PS3 version. originally, Mass Effect was not released on the PS3. now Mass Effect is getting released on the PS3 via a PSN standalone version of the game for $14.99 and via the Mass Effect Trilogy. both are released at the same time.

BioWare have also detailed the DLC that is included in this trilogy. details on what is included in the PS3 version will be revealed later, but they have revealed the following:
  • On PC, Mass Effect will include Bring Down the Sky and Pinnacle Station on disk.  For Mass Effect 2, Cerberus Network will be included which features Zaeed – The Price of Revenge, The Firewalker Pack, Cerberus Assault Gear, Arc Projector heavy weapon, and Normandy Crash site mission.  For Mass Effect 3, Online Pass will be included granting players access to co-op multiplayer.

  • On Xbox 360, Bring Down the Sky and Pinnacle Station are not included with Mass Effect, however they are available as stand-alone downloads through Xbox LIVE.  For Mass Effect 2, Cerberus Network will be included and Online Pass will be included for Mass Effect 3. 
Finally, BioWare have confirmed that save game and multiplayer data from any of the Mass Effect games can be used in the Trilogy. so if you have a save file from Mass Effect but never finished it, you can load it up in the trilogy.

The Mass Effect Trilogy comes out 6th November on PC, Xbox 360 and PS3.

Hello Games have announced they are bringing Joe Danger 2: The Movie to the PS3 via the PSN. this new version of the game will feature new exclusive content not seen on the XBLA version. in Joe Danger 2: The Movie you continue playing the role of Joe Danger and perform stunts but this time you are now able to share levels with friends made in the level editor with people from around the world. the best levels will be highlighted for users to play and overall Hello Games say the experience of playing other levels is very much improved over the first game.

After the Movie Mode, which is like the career mode, there is the Deleted Scenes mode which is more like a challenge mode. the game is roughly twice the size of the original Joe Danger. there is also a social aspect to the game where when you play a level you can race against the ghosts of people from your friend list.
