Microsoft have confirmed there is going to be a new Xbox. they have announced the initial reveal of the console will be on 21st May. this event will be live streamed online and broadcasted on Spike TV from 1p ET/10a PT/17:00 GMT. then, 19 days later, Microsoft will continue the Xbox reveal at E3.
The announcement doesn't give much away, but perhaps when it says "...mark the beginning of a new generation of games, TV and entertainment" it hints that the next Xbox will indeed have some sort of Cable/Online Streaming TV.
